Call- The pagibig heartline app has four (4) categories to choose from: Love, Family, Friends and Hope. The users must identify which category is related to their problem and a registered heartline personnel will take their calls.

Love Tube- Inspirational online videos could be view in this category.

Chat- The users could chat online users and share their positive views to others.
