Plucky WiFi Manager

This application saves battery power and conserves precious cell data by automatically turning your device’s WiFi on and off at the appropriate times. It does this by waking up every 15 minutes and checking to see if your device is connected to a WiFi network. If your device is connected to a network, then the application saves the GPS coordinates of the network for later use. If you aren’t connected to a network, and the application doesn’t know of any networks in your area, it turns off your WiFi for you.
