Barcode Generator

Love this app! Stores all my barcodes. Shopping cards, loyalty keytags, library cards, ID badges, etc. Plus no permissions; so I know they aren't anywhere but on my phone. Being able to manually enter a number was a lifesaver for cards I've long since lost but could look up the numbers of. Wish I could resize the barcode inside the app (too big to scan sometimes), but that's a minor complaint.

Pros:1. Quick launch with material design 2. Simple yet powerful3. .... Cons:1. No support for flashlight to scan in low light2. QR Code image files on gallery cannot be scannedI would love to rate it 5 stars if these two missing features are added in future update. BTW, it is the best app in its category...

Great App. It would be nice if this app could work with Google contact manager to archive address books. I always hate having to re-enter contact list data in a new cell phone. It would be nice to just scan QR codes, which would automatically pass the data to Google contact manager!

I love this app! I can read and create barcodes on the fly which is perfect for inventory takers. If I had to make suggestions, it would be an option to turn on the camera light when scanning. EDIT: I updated to Android 6.0 and the app crashes when I try and scan with the camera.

I work in a supermarket and I have to deal with barcodes every minute; the fact that some scanners aren't able to read barcodes(print flaws or you try some frozen packages where the scanner beam is not reading anything... ) is solved by this little marvel. To be able to generate the codes... It's a kind of magic if you have a little imagination ...

Great App. No ads. Interface is very nice & we can see the list of code that we created. It easy for editing it again without scanning from the source file. One mistake is i can't give space between words in file name while saving it.

Tried making few text only QC codes and none of them could be read. Used an online QC service and it worked like a champ. I must say the interface is very clean.

Clearly one of the best as it's so simple to use! ...but it lacks 2 features: 1) Being able to "scan" already saved pictures. 2) Being able to embed the generated codes in a picture.

Why can't I stray away from the example numbers? When I try to make multiple UPC-A It doesn't work. Only the first one with 1234567890123. Please help. Thanks

Bad application. It is doesn't open code address or code location or code website or any thing!

This is simply the best barcode app. But it need a security verification fitur in case user scan the malware or inappropriate site. Thanks

Overall I'm happy with the app because it exactly does what it needs to do which is to generate codes. just wondering how do I export all the codes I have created so I can print it?

Awesome Code Generator! Free, No-ads, Easy to use, the apps system permission is clear, and nice complete description to pick and create the code. (y)

I just would like that it could show the barcode type in the summary and give you a quick way to change it in edit mode with a preview of the code. Sometimes I do not know the code type and I try to recreate entering the number and comparing visually. Also can you please add an export/import feature?

I cannot find a way to attach the code as a label underneath the barcode so there is a human readable form. Maybe it's just me not knowing how to use the app properly?

I'm creating a stock inventory at a group of gastro pubs, I was surprised to find the amount of bottle stock that didn't have a barcode, this app has ileviated a huge potential headache. Very good indeed.....I would pay for this app.

Simple to use, recognizes all bar codes without having to manually configure for each one scanned, love it. Still get 5 stars, just wondering if there is a way to share multiple bar codes.

Now I can generate codes using my phone ~vs~ PC anywhere! Tried several others but this is the BEST! Quick & easy too! The best part.... NO ADS & TOTALLY FREE!!!

I use it for items that don't have a barcode sticker I can just use my scanner to scan my phone screen very good for that.

I love how minimalistic this is. Great work! The only issue I've encountered is sharing directly from the app itself. I'm using a Galaxy S7 running Marshmallow 6.1 - with the sharing aside, awesome app!

It's free without adds, it generates multiple codes and saves them allowing easy share! Great app!

Need to be able to set a default barcode type.

I think it will bad, but when i use this very usefull, quick scan and can make many code also. This is good reccomend for code scanner and ganerate.

Very clean interface, do what it has to do and this in a small size apk... Great work! Just hope to see Google drive backup and restore in a near future since I use the app for all my loyalty cards AND the ability to create code from images stored in my phone! Will then get 5 stars!

Thank you for this high quality app! I would just like to make a suggestion, the barcode scanners can't seem to scan my stored cards without a handheld scanner. I would like to use this with the stationary scanners which seem to be programed to scan small size barcodes. In app barcode resize? (I did have full brightness)

This is the best code generator I've been able to find n the play store (or anywhere else for that matter). The UI is easy to use and well designed. I'm not using this with any serious application in mind but feel that i could of necessary. Great little app and its free of ads. Wow!!.

It's great but it doesn't recognize codes that have just been scanned and described.

Great app, the only thing missing is security verification. A notification after scanning a code which tells users if the link or data they click on is safe or malware. Possibly a name change too seeing as the app can also scan codes as well as generate them. Thanks.

This is the best code generator in the Play Store, no doubt! It's packed with features and the interface is very polished. And there are no ads. The only things missing are the ability to backup saved codes to the cloud (preferably Google Drive, if the dev is reading this

You should really be charging for this! Relentlessly searched play for separate good reader & generator and found both in this app. Works flawlessly on my rooted Nexus 5 running MM v6.0.1 MMB29K. Would love some changeable error correction levels, different app colour scemes & scan image files but that's small beans. More 2 come?

It's good in simple easy understanding interface, great generous free and no ads, but it becomes useless if the barcode generated that can't share through Bluetooth or save as picture. It returns failure, need to be fixed. Marshmallow on LG G4.

Tried to create a simple code of 13 digits just says can not generate code even though the code fits in the accepted format no reason plain just doesn't work

Very useful, lightweight, fast and ADD FREE! I would like to be able to add scan widget to my shortcuts. It is the only thing to be missing. But everything else works like a charm! Thank You!

However, all the info needs to be manually input. That is inconvenient. For example, when inputting location, it would better support choosing a location from map; when inputting contact info, it would be better to choose from contact.

Useful. Stores my gym membership card barcode so I'm never without it.

The UI is OK but needs some cleaning and please add a label manager.

I'd to control my company item inventory, it always missed currently..when I found this app, I could create a new system to solve my problem
