How do I know this will work when I need it? Other similar services offer a test to remove that uncertainty. I may just call when I have an emergency. . .

Missing key features that would make it worthwhile. You don't get status updates on your request, and can't view previous call outs. Effectively, it's much better to call in. Happy to change my rating if these features are added.

This app won't let you close it if you aren't registered on the website. I had to restart my phone to get it to close. Very annoying.

This app is poor. I registered online and I am yet to receive an activation email. Every time I try to get it resent to me it returns a message "oops something has gone wrong. Please login again" yet I can't be logged in cause I don't have an active account. I can't exit the app as well

When trying to activate from within app by clicking 'NEXT" (after registering and activating account from email), message "Validating number - Please wait while your are validated" (spelling error as in app) displays for a long time, then "Authentication failed - 3004" displays. After that, there is no way to exit the app, except by killing its process in the task manager.

I have the application loaded but have no idea if it is actually doing what it is supposed to!. It is extremely basic. There is nothing that provides me with any information about anything to do with the service. I have no idea if it will actually work in an emergency (no test mode for example!). Not very intuitive to use at all - and I have no confidence it will be of any use should I actually need it. I am not at all impressed.

Andrew, I think the fact that there's AA branding all over the app should be enough to convince you that it's from the AA. Blue label is a development company and most apps if not all have names of developers.

Everytime I go onto the AA site theres a new abb to be downloaded are they ''free'' I am covered by roadside assistance by FNBs AA as well as short term insurance and new car coverage why do I still need an AA coverage
