It's a great looking app and is very helpful for getting scores and viewing schedule. Still needs some work in two areas though. 1) fix logout bug: I frequently am logged out of the app making my saved teams gone. Not helpful when that's how you get reminders. 2) I'd love to use this to watch the games, but it lacks Chromecast support, leaving me no other option outside of twitch If these get fixed, it will be great. Thanks for making!

Really buggy. Locks me out constantly. Sometimes refuses to go into full screen mode. And it sends me notifications that games are live when they clearly are not because season hasn't even started yet. Please fix this and I'll give it done stars because I love overwatch esports and want the league to be a huge hit

Great app if you're looking to keep up to date with OWL. You can watch videos in app, check news, look at teams and players. Truly wonderful. Gripes: need auto rotate if you want to access video controls, no offline viewing which would be amazing, I think source is the only quality at 60fps. Considering it just came out it's really good but wish they would add these features.

D70%
by D####:

It still needs needs a lot of work. Going to be honest the app is a bit garbage. It's full of bugs and constantly stopping. The league streams constantly freez up and when I reload them they end up being behind by sometimes a whole 5 minutes. It's also constabtly logging me out which is incredibly annoying. It feels like it was rushed out for the start of the league and not finished, which is really a shame because I really want to follow the league.

X70%
by X####:

Not bad for a 1.02. Nice to have all the info accessible and I like the "no spoilers" setting considering I watch games I'm interested in at random times when I can't watch live. Some improvements I'd like to suggest: please please please add Chromecast support. That is a huge feature to omit and main reason I didn't rate 5 stars. And another idea to improve the app, while casting gameplay on TV could the overhead view of the game be shown on the phone as a companion? The view which shows player positioning that you sometimes put up on screen, but to have option for that on the app. Edit: reduced from 4 to 3 stars because it won't stay logged into my account on pixel 2. Once that's fixed, 4 stars. Once Chromecast support is added, 5 stars.

Looks great, feels great... Except for 2 MAJOR flaws. No Chromecast support, which makes me go watch on the twitch app instead, and the logout "bug". The logout bug isn't as much of an issue because the app seems to save the "no spoilers" setting, so really I'm just missing the notifications of when Houston is playing

D70%
by D####:

I like it. The only issue I have is that if you have the spoiler setting turned off, you can still see the win/loss rate of the teams, which is still a spoiler if a team had won recently. Id love for this to be a fix. Other than that, it's a good app to check in on the league

F70%
by F####:

Great app simply for it auto setting match times to local time zone. Update: first issue fixed. New problem is that even with hide spoilers on. If you go to the match schedule and scroll to future matches it still shows how many wins/loses a team has, allowing you to work out if they've won or lost recent matches. So it doesn't hide ALL spoilers. Be warned.

D70%
by D####:

the video player is actually awful... its constantly buffering and lags so much!! practically unwatchable at this point, i have tried changing the quality settings to really low yet nothing seems to help!!! if this issue was sorted out this app would be 5 stars for keeping up with the OWL

D70%
by D####:

Love everything about the app! Love that you can hide spoilers and follow teams. No Chromecast symbol when I streamed, could just be my Chromecast but if it isn't then you should definitely add cast support as I'm watching replays on youtube for now.

D70%
by D####:

Cool App. Wasn't too keen on the OWL idea but after the first few matches, it's quite enjoyable. The main problem is the app constantly logs me out, so I don't have updates for what teams are live most days.

Z70%
by Z####:

It used to work with the occasional crash here and there. Now every time I open the app it crashes. I find this app very useful when it works. But now it's just taking up space on my phone until it gets an update to fix this bug

P70%
by P####:

Not great. It's ok for looking up the team's but that's about it. The app logs you out of Blizzard after you close it, which means you have to log back in when you open it, or notifications don't work. Videos never stream well, always buffering, regardless of the video quality and the Internet speed I have. Needs a lot of work.

V70%
by V####:

Great first release quality Blizzard, gj! Would love to have the ability to get the audio stream when the phone is locked. Edit: App doesn't seem to remember my login, complicating it's use, please fix!

D70%
by D####:

Would love this app, but the stream needs work. I love most of this app, the schedule is great, as are all the other screens. The one thing that I drop 2 stars for is that the back button on the stream and VODs covers the ultimate charge on one of the players. With the viewing experience designed around overwatch this should have been ironed out in testing.

D70%
by D####:

For the most part, this is a really nice app. There are a few glaring issues however, so until those are ironed out you'd be better off using the website. 1) CONSTANTLY signs you out. All the time. Really annoying. 2) As far as I can tell, there is no way to see who won or lost specific maps within each match. 3) It isn't a straightforward and intuitive process to see team rosters or an individual player profile.

X70%
by X####:

Logs me out constantly. But only way to watch OWL on my phone. Video was ok. Jumped around a bit. Really basic. Just feels really rushed to market. Why couldn't OWL be on Twitch?

J70%
by J####:

Does what it needs to, negative reviews seem to be from people expecting more. The app gives you upcoming match schedules, match results, divisional scorecards, and team overviews exceptionally. Definitely a must have if you're a fan of the league and want to keep up with the rankings.

J70%
by J####:

Pretty basic app. Most annoying thing is that I keep having to login again and again. Unfortunately the reminder doesn't remind before a match is happening but right when the stream is scheduled to start.

D70%
by D####:

Has some useful functionality, but whenever I launch the app it requires me to login with my Blizzard account. I don't carry my Blizzard authentication token with me everywhere I go, so I can't sign in when I'm not at home. I have the "don't ask me again" option enabled, but it still prompts me every time. You can't use the "follow teams" feature without signing in, and that means I'm not getting match alerts, making the app pretty useless to me. I might as well just use the website and Twitch.

D70%
by D####:

It works well for the basic functionality it offers outside of the login bug. There is a logout bug where I feel as if I have to log in almost every time I launch it which negates my selected teams and the reminders for games that needs fixed. Additionally I'd like to the see the breakdown of score per map when looking at the results of a match (ex 2-1 on Lijiang) when looking at a match instead of just the roster. Other niceties would include some match stats and maybe the overhead map view available as a button or something. Chromecast support would also be nice but I'm okay with using Twitch.

Q70%
by Q####:

For an early app this is okay. The bug that keeps logging me out and resetting my favorite teams is a bit annoying. The features look nice. The only things i think that are really needed is the cast to another device (ie a Chromecast) and also being able to see map wins on the detailed ranks page. Right now you can only see wins and losses

H70%
by H####:

Cool app that gives you all the details on the OWL matches. Also has the live feed of the matches. It's let down by constantly signing me out so alarms you set to remind you of matches don't go off. Annoying.

D70%
by D####:

The app is set out nicely. However it constantly logs me out of my blizzard account and crashes frequently. I have it set to not show spoilers, but will also show the win/loss count of each team in the match schedule.

D70%
by D####:

Seems great, would be nice to change avatar or load it from battlenet. Biggest problem is it keeps logging me out everytime I close the app so I miss the matches I've scheduled reminders for, rendering the app almost useless.

K70%
by K####:

Great app! I get logged out frequently however, and I wish there was a way to view stats on specific players on teams. Maybe link to data from overbuff or master overwatch? Keep up the great work!

D70%
by D####:

It's a great start but Blizzard needs to listen to the fans. I'm constantly locked out even being in-app. Offline viewing isn't a thing, playback too. But it's great besides the log out bug.

C70%
by C####:

I like most of the features in the app, especially the automatic time change to local time for matches, but I have two major problems: first, the app logs me out all the time which is frustrating, and second, the video doesn't support Chromecasting. Fixes to those issues would improve my rating and review.

A70%
by A####:

Great app but needs a couple significant fixes - let me stay logged in, and make fullscreen actually fullscreen. On my Moto Z Force it never actually goes fully screen, leaving the navigation buttons visible at all times. My Note8 lets me go fullscreen but only if I set the navigation buttons to auto hide, which I prefer not to.

D70%
by D####:

The app looks very nice. However the spoiler feature does not work. I can still see the teams records which gives away if they won or not. I am also getting logged out constantly.

E70%
by E####:

This app is very buggy. If blizzard fixes the sign into battlenet page. And doesn't kick you outball the time, and has better streaming. It would be great. That's a lot of problems though

D70%
by D####:

The app itself is fantastic. I love the live feeds, I love the score updates and the leaderboards. I love everything about this app, but it's frustrating because it constantly logs me out and I have to re-sign in to Blizzard almost every time I reopen the app. I hope that can be fixed in the near future, I would appreciate that very much.

D70%
by D####:

Great concept but really needs a lot more polish. Logout bug is a pain and ruins the notification system. Streams sometimes don't play at all with no fix. Will use twitch for now but I'd love to have this work instead

D70%
by D####:

So it is really good at keeping up with the entire league so it is helpful there. My biggest complaint right now is that if I close the app, I have to log back into my account Everytime I open up the app. It gets really annoying after a while. Other then that it is a great app.

D70%
by D####:

Just fix the spoilers. When I check the teams I can see their standings just hide behind one *click to show standings* spoiler tags.. it already ruined me several matches. Otherwise the app is okay but this is just bizzare.

D70%
by D####:

Works well, but I annoyingly have to sign into Blizzard every time I open it. I wish it would just remember me.

D70%
by D####:

Great app, but it keeps making me logging me out every time I close it. It's really annoying to have to log back into my account each time.

D70%
by D####:

Great looking app and nice interface. It just needs a way to cast onto Chromecast so I don't have to use Twitch app. Also logs me out randomly, which is annoying.

D70%
by D####:

No twitch or Chromecast? Otherwise great application for information. I'm running a Google pixel XL and the app does crash- but it's updated continuously so I'm assuming it will be fixed.

B70%
by B####:

Nice design overall, but it seems buggy. The 2 things that really stand out as needing fixing are a) watching matches from inside the app seems to have a lot of trouble (nothing would load), and b) I always get logged out, which then turns off match notifications until I log back in
