It checks the licence at random moments, every two weeks or so, and will quit if you are offline at that moment. It happened to me once at the begining of a long flight so I couldn't listen till the plain landed, and several times when abroad so I had to pay to get my licence retrieved from the market. The developer has been aware of that for more than 6 months now and still nothing changed. I will update my review when this will be fixed.

Have been using it for more than a year, loved it enough to pay for it. Now non functioning as of February 1, 2015. Cannot even get to a report bug option.

Fantastic app. I have used it for nany years on many devices. But might have a date glitch as of 1 Fed 2015 it has stopped working even on non networked device. Going to play with my device date setting now!!

It has a simple interface, but has a bunch of options in an "advanced" menu for those who want to tweak. Another review complained about it not having a button to skip by track. There's an option to make the skip buttons do that in the advanced menu.

I tried this for about 10 minutes and removed it for two reasons: 1. It did not work with my Bluetooth headset (two other audiobook players and the regular music player work and I couldn't find any bluetooth settings to enable). 2. I don't see a way to display / move by file within a book. The forward / reverse buttons move 10 seconds and 1 minute (if I remember correctly), I couldn't find a "skip to next track", very useful for audio magazines (skip to next article). Since I didn't spend any time with it, I can't evaluate bookmarks, etc.
