Broken. Remove the app!
V good
2/13 update. Still not working this guy is counting on us all paying for the upgrade, but it's broken too!!! What a shocker. He's left us in the lurch for 2 weeks. He should be embarrassed. 2/1/15 - Crashed last night update 2/4/2015 - blitzbit has dropped off the planet. Website is a 404 error, no update. Glad I didn't pay for the upgrade!
It is simple and straightforward. No fancy fussy crap. Just a totally reliable app.
Looks cool but my sd card is at /storage/external_SD/ not /mnt/sdcard/ and there is no option to scan this folder. So doesn't work for me :(
Works well but has a high cpu draw, maybe the ads but uses too much cpu power 25% just idling
Just upgraded to Pro Version, well worth £1 love how it hides the books from your music files worth it for that alone.
M4b? No likely.
Audiobook in icelandic is hljóðbók
This is the best mp3 player app that I found that is easy for kids to use, and they won't be messing up your playlists in music player… The buttons are big and easy for kids to select. The way you select and add files is good because you can select a single folder containing other folders with the mp3s saved in them. This way the kids can just open the app and hit play and the last book they were listening to will start. They can jump through songs or chapters without accidentally changing settings or playback features as happened on more complicated apps.
Not without minor issues, but overall it has everything I need and does not have what I hate in apps
I can't even look up a book
Plays files from an "Audiobooks" folder where they can be hidden from music players. No more randomly hearing part of a book when I'm listening to music, or going through music looking for books. It has a simple interface, but has a bunch of options in an "advanced" menu for those who want to tweak. Another review complained about it not remembering positions when switching books. That's just a limitation of the free version. I bought the paid version, and it remembers.
Sleep timer does not work on my new experia z1.
Great, been using it a long time now!
3 flaws, two major, one minor. The minor flaw: I have to type the path to my audiobooks folder, instead of clicking to it. 1st major flaw: I can apparently only select 1 audiobook at a time 2nd major flaw: I can't find any way to automatically move to the next audiobook at the end of the current one. I'm a truck driver and can't afford the time it takes to pick the next book while driving, and that's why I'm going to be uninstalling it.

One of the best available! The most important thing is that it support the headset button. It is perfect if you listen to audiobooks on a bus or when walking. And it let you rewind automatically by a selected amount of time when playback was paused, so if you haven't heard something well because of noise, you can simply pause and hear it once again using the headset button - It's an awesome feature because you can have your phone even deep in your pocket and without switching on your screen, or taking off the gloves during winter, with a simple click you can hear the missed fragment once again.
Sleep timer doesn't always work. Entire app is VERY SLOW....
doesn't remember multiple bookmarks. when switched back from another book, it plays from the beginning
Best i have found.
Great app! I especially like the sleep timer!! Now it just needs an option to display the chapter numbers and/or the currently playing file name.
It would be very nice if the current position would be saved across multiple books. Right now, if you change the book you lose your current position.
Easy to operate - sleep time is great - I just lift my phone to let it continue to play. This app is the best ever if you listen to audiobooks while going to sleep. I love it!
Still can't find m4a or b after last update. Uninstall
No issues... Epic 4g.
Won't see anything I place in the Audiobooks folder on the root of my SD. Issue persists through reboot. DroidX
Wish it could list chapters as well
Support for chapters in m4b's would be appreciated.
Best audio book player I've used. It's good, but it could be better. Slight delay when playing, but plays well enough.
Has a problem with M4B files over 100m. Locks up and skips around. Changed extension to M4A and it works fine with full features. No other complaints
Simple interface, not bloated and a sleep timer. Perfect!
I keep my audiobooks in multiple subfolders in /mnt/sdcard/Audiobooks. This clumps them all into one.
