SMS Backup Lab enables the user to individually select each text message or all the text messages that they wish to back up to a specific location. The locations currently available are as follows:

SMS Backup Lab Server
For those concerned about privacy with respect to your Google Account, SMS Backup Lab can only access those files and folders which are created with the application.

As soon as I installed the app, I was quickly able to save my SMS messages to Google Drive. A great place to save them. This will be very useful if I ever switch phone and need to restore. Or if I mistakenly delete a message.
