Blipfoto for Android
Thanks Blip Boffins! I've been waiting eagerly since you originally came out with the iOS app for you to give us an Android app too, and while this is a bit later than I would have hoped, it's perfect in every way.
However unlike the website it doesnt read the date of your photo so cant upload old photos to backdate!
If you are interested in recording your life through photography Blipfoto is certainly an app and community to consider. The app has all the features of the website that you need. With HTC products I haven't had a problem.
A great idea and I still upload a photo every day on my laptop. However, this app constantly won't let me upload a photo - when I click on the photo I want, blipfoto says that it is unavailable. Very frustrating!!
I can't post my extra pictures, or see blippers' extras either. Would be pretty handy if I could. Otherwise it's good.
App good generally but if signal is temporarily lost while uploading the uploading gets stuck and does not complete, and you cannot edit the entry. You lose all text etc and have to force stop the app and start again.
Just started using this app... Seems ok but can't get into the description panel... Like the concept. It's very slow browsing!
Great new app
Good
Please add in an option to amend the photo date. It uploaded yesterday's shot with today's date; it was taken at lunchtime yesterday but I must have edited it after midnight I guess. There's no option to change the date online unless you upload a new shot. So I had to reinstall Androblip to upload it to the correct date and have lost all of my comments etc.
Looks great however the user interface needs a good stripping down and oiling. Too many options in one space. No pull down or refresh option. Comments don't appear straight away. Long pressing on user to show options like subscribing would be great. Notification doesbt always work. Come on guys this could be the best.
Very slow running. Notifications seem to lag several hours behind email notifications for same information. Often receive multiple notifications for the same information.
Works well for me on a Moto-G. Easy browsing and slick scrolling. Web interface allows thumbnail cropping: could this be migrated to Android?
Very happy as this is a great social app. :)
The new polaroid blipfoto app is much easier for me to use on my android phone, more colorful too! I love the large color thumbnails now for entries. I find it intuitive to navigate and I've had a great experience using it when I am away from my laptop. Thanks, polaroid blipfoto!
I joined for the album you could order at the end of the year...took a picture every day...then in December...they shut the shop and won't answer any questions about when it will be back up.
I miss the older layout, it was definately better than this one. Seems like everything doesn't work properly
Had five stars. Noticed that when I tried to post a photo today it displayed on the feed sideways..... why does this happen and how do I fix it. I tried croping the photo and changing it 4 times.... didn't work.
Dissapointed so far.. verrryyy slow and it crashes each time I try to access it, even while being connected to wifi
Not liking the nee style of website but hoped app would be better, unfortunately not so. Hard to navigate and all images are grey until opened and then they appear to have a compression algorithm applied and look terrible.
Very poor now very difficult to view or browse entries.
Great new app
Fantastic new app, well done everyone!

Love this app but do prefer the iPad app because this one is a bit basic
My daily slice of life - shared.
Great app
Thanks
Beautiful interface and amazing app
Could be great but is so basic. The way it provides colour thumbnails of the shots in different categories is brilliant but from there on you are better off using the web. There is no exif data, no location, no way to go large. You cannot zoom. If a link is provided it causes a crash. I only use it to reply to comments and the occasional upload. I would not normally use a review to publish this kind of feedback but blipfoto responded to an email that they want the app to be this way. Shame really.
I can login via web OK, but not from my nexus 7. Password been reset but still can not log in. App unusable for me, hence 1 star
Not bad...
I set up my account via the web, installed the Android app on my Galaxy Note 3 (completely non-branded, standard setup, no mods/hacks on my system), launched the app, entered my login details - AUTHENTICATION FAILURE. Numerous attempts later, including a password reset, and still it wouldn't log me in. Eventually I tried the right-most button on the toolbar and the login from there worked. Sloppy coding.
Like previous commenter, I can't log in on my galaxy note 3 (even using the tip suggested earlier)

Love it. Just used it quite a bit today and came back to give it a 6th Star.
