This is the third review I've done for this app. When I first started using it everything was fine for months. Then something changed, most likely they updated it and it no longer worked on my older HTC phone. It did continue to work fine on my tablet, but I don't always bring that with me on assignments. So I recently purchased a new Samsung Galaxy S 5 and it's back to what I remember. It works perfectly and I'm happy to have it back on my phone so I can keep my location current. I've always felt that Blink is a wonderful service and will continue to grow and improve. I can't imagine it's easy to try and keep up with all the different Android updates.

Unfortunately, this app crashes upon login every time on two Android 6.0 devices (LG G4 phone and Dell Venture 8 tablet). I want badly to update my location to get assignments but I am stuck at this point because only the app allows this, and the Blink website does not appear to have the same feature.

Since its beginning the app needs directly to connect with GPS satellites in order to get your position. Every other app, when indoors, gets your location from the Wi-Fi you are connected to or via the mobile carrier. This is extremely annoying. The fact that this has not been fixed yet makes me think about the effort behind the project...
