TalkTalk TV - Watch films & TV

I used this to download films to my tablet for when my daughter was in hospital. Every time I tried it kept saying download failed! Luckily the hospital had free wifi only to have the app/film restart my tablet every 10 mins when watching the film! Not impressed

It's really good you can now download to your device. I would like to see the possibility to upgrade your SD films with an option to repurchase HD versions. Also any chance of adding a zoom function for people with 4.3 aspect ratio tablets!?

The app won't cast because it says we are offline. We are not. App fully updated. Not impressed that a lot of my films are "unavailable" due to being Wb films. Sort it out please.

Was a great app but now you get 30 seconds of film - freeze - 30 seconds of sound - freeze - 30 seconds of film - freeze. You get the point. And no response from the company. Wow this is awful! Especially when you consider this is a paid for service. I should be able to transfer my movies to another service.

It buffers a lot, it dose not seem that talk talk are putting much effort into this since they've got it. Unfortunately I've spent a lot of money on series and have to endure it but not recommended until fully sorted. * Still no improvement if anything has got worse*

Half 8 of my ultraviolet movies are missing. Costumer service offer no explanation at all. Google says "License issues between linked accounts". Would avoid untill all linked accounts become truely linked.

Downloaded the app to my Samsung s5 2016 version and won't play either tv shows or movie's !!!! My android version is 6.0.1 so check yours before downloading. It works great on my Hudl tablet though just wanted it in my phone too. Not impressed please get your engineers on to it fast. I usually love this app on tablet and pc but disappointed with not being able to use on my phone!!!!!!!!!

Some very minor glitches otherwise a perfect viewing app... Only negative is its linked to talk talk (bad historical relationship). Some better discounts might be in order

1 allow download to SD card, my phone only offers internal memory 2 I have a lot of films and TV shows. And would appreciate being able to sort alphabetically as well as by purchase date (I.e. make it an option )

Since the latest update i cant download my movies. It downloads so much then i get the awaiting connection msg. Checked my internet connection which is fine. Poor showing

This would be a bigger seller if playback were to be compatable with mobile phones as well as all compatable other devices otherwise people would have to carry there tablets for example everywhere they go when it is obviously easier to carry your mobile phone, further more where is the ps4 version I see was on ps3 at one point and is on xbox one but not on ps4, why?

I've spent a lot of money on this app for films and every time I want to watch something it crashes, I spoke to customer service and they wasn't very helpful, they told me to uninstall and the reinstall which I did and it still doesn't work, I want my money back

Now it won't work with Chromecast What the hell ?!? Why on earth is streaming unsupported on Google's Pixel C tablet running Marshmallow 6.0.1 ? This is stock android, running on an official google device !!! What are you doing devs ? Sort the compatibility issues please !!!

I've had no trouble watching movies added using ultraviolet codes but I'm annoyed by the black bars either side of the film. I'm using a nexus 9 tablet and really need the picture to fill the screen to make it worth watching anything. The bars top and bottom take up a third of my screen. Please add an option to zoom in and remove them.

Does not work can hear movie & still not see it have uninstalled & reinstalled this app & it still gives no image just sound

Ok, occasionally says your offline when your not. Needs better organisation of films, currently it just gives a long list of films in the order they were added, needs other options like alphabetical and year of release. Also it would be good if it could nest film series like Harry Potter and James Bond into one entry.

Wont even play the downloaded movies now! Will not stream any of my movies, I can only play them if I have downloaded them. HTC desire 820

Handy for downloading, but streaming on my tablet only gets audio and blank screen.

The visuals are broken. 2 issues. No play button in portrait streaming mode? Says remove device as to many, yet shows blue cubes not device names etc. Update ill update guys

Worst media app ever. Installed 5 times no shortcut and not working. Waste of time. Forced through the ultraviolet site to use it. Rubbish

Over a 100 movies dissappeared from my library.They will not take responsibility and are passing the buck.After numerous emails I finally found a member of staff who took the time to help me.She restored my library.Talk Talk need to sort their staff out.God bless the lady who unlinked then relinked my account.

Love this app, not perfect because of licencing issues but I can play most of my ultraviolet films on this

When this app works it's great but it will either say download failed at 99% or keeps telling me that the clock on my tablet has changed and I can't watch what I have downloaded.

Annoyingly the app errors out while trying to stream on Android 7.1. Frustrating

Only recently I can not rent or buy any films off talk talk...It's awful that I can't watch anything of talk talk, the customer service are useless... Is it just my device that's not allowing me to produce any films of talk talk??

Stay 100 miles away from this company they are mugger.

Straightforward offer of free movie and by the time I've signed up I've had to do a million and one things. Usual bother obtaining 'free' gift.

Despite reading of other users problems, I have had no problems viewing on my tablet.

Was good but only sound not picture plays on my new lenovo device.

streams fine on my galaxy s5. However on my kodi only sound, no video. Please fix this.

Though it claims to have a cast feature to allow you to stream to a tv it does not appear to be there when installed

It does what it's supposed to, let's you stream and watch offline. And the support team is very helpful.

Could do with a section for offers on the app and trailers too. Otherwise it's ok
