- 건축물 생애·유지관리 모바일 서비스 -

본 모바일 서비스는 건축물 생애이력 관리 시스템(www.blcm.go.kr)의 모바일 버전입니다.

현재 시범사업으로 운영되고 있으며, 건축물 생애이력관리 및 2012년 7월부터 시행된 건축물 유지관리 제도를 모바일에서 효율적으로 지원하기 위한 기능을 제공합니다.

또한, BLE 비콘과 모바일기기의 연동을 통해 건축물의 정보를 손쉽게 확인 가능합니다.

※ 건축물 유지관리제도 : 건축물의 소유자나 관리자는 건축물, 대지 및 건축설비가 건축법령에 적합하도록 유지관리하고 그 결과를 허가권자에게 보고

[주요기능]

- (건물소유자/관리자) 건축물/시설물 현황, 점검정보, 점검자정보 조회

- (유지관리점검자) 소방, 전기, 승강기 등 주요 시설물 점검 위치에 BLE 비콘을 부착하여 현장점검자에게 신속한 점검정보 확인 및 점검결과 관리

- (일반국민) 모바일기기와 BLE 비콘을 연동하여 건물정보 자동알림 서비스 제공

※ 블루투스(Bluetooth) 4.0 이상을 지원하는 모바일기기에서 활용 가능하며 2개 시범자치단체(서울시 노원구, 경기도 고양시)별로 지정된 10개 건축물을 대상으로 시범 서비스 중임

※BLE 비콘(Bluetooth Low Energy Beacon) : 저전력 기술을 활용하여 특정 주파수(2.4GHz)를 지속적으로 발송하는 근거리 무선통신기기로 다양한 모바일 기기와 연동 가능하며 저전력기술을 활용해 배터리 수명이 긴 특징을 가짐 - Building, maintenance Mobile service life -
