Some people think this app is useless as it is a plain shortcut. But it can be useful since it cuts down 5-6 clicks to 2-3

Exactly what I needed to make a launcher shortcut..my phone is now complete! Tried a dozen ways to try and get to the vpn screen before stumbling on this. Thanks for sharing dude.

This is the second time that all of the VPN connectins I have created were completely deleted. I will have to re-write all of them again...this SW will need a manual backup option...

Had to install it, did not even need it but was lmao to some of the comments "PEBTSAC", genius! For those who really don't get it, it is a short cut to your configured VPN services. If you don't know what that means the chances are you don't need it! For those that want to use VPN services, just sign up for a VPN service like StrongVPN and configure connection using L2TP or PPTP, then you will have a use for this app.

This shortcut app is awesome. I don't know why I can't do this native in the OS! The other "VPN shortcut" apps do silly things like add additional icons to your status bar, which is just a waste. Kudos to the author! PS, all the 1-star reviews are from people who have no idea what this app is for. Ignore them. :)

Works really well. I set up a vpn, but it sticks going through all the menus to get to it to turn it on. I agree with another reviewer that I had to use it after seeing some of the developers comments to the one star rating. I often look for a 3 digit IQ in people as well, and am quite disappointed when they don't possess it.

There are some stupid people rating this at 1 star but it does exactly what I need and exactly what the description says. More fool them for not being able to read I say!

Exactly what I wanted - a single tap to the VPN settings in Android. No permissions, no ads, no additional status bar icons. I would love to be able to buy a "premium edition" just to show the Dev my appreciation for doing it right!

I'm really not quite sure whether to rate this app one star or five. On the one hand the app itself does exactly what I want, no more, no less, therefore deserving five stars. However, reading some of the reviews has caused some strong misanthropic feelings and therefore the app has caused a negative side affect, thus by logic deserving it only one star. But then there's the dev's responses to these idiots... Yup, 5 stars it is then.

I wouldnt call it app, its just a shortcut. If you dont understad what vpn is or how it works, dont bother to install it nor leave pathetic preschool comments! howgh

2.5 stars for doing exactly what it says, no more no less. 2.5 more for all the idiots the dev has to put up with. So 5 stars

Thanks for building a great and simple little app. Solved a lot of extra work to setup a VPN server, this works great and is very simple to use. Excellent time saver and above all not having to try and remember settings, having to re-enter the setting, or even installing certs, etc. Thanks for a very easy VPN solution! Keep up the great work "Dev" :-)

PEBTSAC, hilarious :) By the way, all you people who don't know how to use a VPN should learn how to read or get your tech friend who always fixes your printer to help you with your VPN. This shortcut to VPN settings saves a bunch of clicks to get deep into settings to manage your VPN connection. Works PERFECT! Jeez some people.

Like others I have been laughing at the people having a go at the dev when they do not even know what VPN is. Just a tip here Google it before you open your mouth! When somebody spent time developing a usefull app. Just my 2 cents

On the verge of sheet desperation I dreamt this would somehow bypass the "credentials password" I now have to enter (that I have no knowledge of creating and therefore have no idea what it is) after encrypting my phone. Sadly it did not, but it certainly works as described. I now only have to press on button before I start throwing my phone at the wall. Saves time all around.

I think a lot of the negative comments here are from people that don't actually know what a real VPN client is and they think this is an anonymizer type service app like you see so many of in the store. Thanks for making a nice simple app that does the job. This is one of those Apps that I would happily pay for.

I was very disappointed that the shortcut did not include a fully functional VPN solution, an FM Radio transmitter, a dog grooming brush or a taco bell drive through. Now that I've gotten that out of the way ... I wanted a fast way to get to my VPN settings and this is perfect. Thanks for providing an extremely simply and easy to use solution. Cheers. Please consider adding quantum detangling or multi-dimensional library cards in the next version.

Really this app should not be necessary, but it is. The developer delivered a fix for Google's oversight without attempting to extract revenue from lazy (in the good sense) users. Thank you.

I love shortcuts, also can have multiple VPN services configured for quick access.

It is just a shortcut, so do not expect it to do anything else! And it is EXACTLY what I needed! Works exactly as expected!
