All it does is show what apps "might do this or that" and give you the option to uninstall the app. Does nothing of managing actual permissions. If you're looking for an app to prevent another app from e.g. accessing your contacts list or seeing inbound callers' phone numbers, then keep looking... This is not the app for you.
