The is the first time I use the app. I booked a business class car to pick me from my hotel in Saigon (Vietnam) and drop me at the airport. The booking was made almost 24 hours ahead of the chosen time. The driver came 10 minutes ahead of time, the car was a business class car, and the ride was convenient. High recommendation.
