Mobile Money by T-Mobile

Try to link my phone to the app and it says enter a valid tmobile number..umm I've had this number for like 5 years now how is it not valid?!?!?

This is a forced app. For that very reason, I will never have anything to do with T-Mobile ever again.

Never had any problems with it, and no fees were the best part. Super disappointed that it's being discontinued in July. Time to start looking for a replacement. Can't say I'm surprised though....

I started out really liking it but I am now going to leave tmobile. I have my check directly deposited and my account is now linked to my daughters who also has her pay checks deposited directly I have called and got the run around 3 times already and it has still not been corrected and there are too many stipulations on how I spend my own money and now you won't even be able to reload at the store either oh boy!!! I will never recommend this to any of my family or friends... EVER!!

I can't figure out where to get the card at

I used to like the App and card, but not so much anymore. App doesn't want to open camera for mobile deposit. T-mobile Store doesn't support deposits anymore, can't use phone for mobile deposits, so the promise of "free" isn't anymore. Both card and App are becoming worthless. Give me a reason to keep it, please.

I have a suggestion for a future release: Better (read NATIVE) support for Reloadit packs, seeing that they're phasing out in-store reloads as of April 11, 2016. I don't want to have to jump through more hoops than needed just to load my card.

I wish there were a way to add a bank account to make adding money easier or to allow balance transfers. I use Google Wallet far more simply because of this reason.

Well is not letting me login in I put in forget my password and ask me for the info I type in and is say doesn't match our record at all .. I have to call and active the card on the phone but now the catcher is say the letter in type in is not correct won't match at all omg

Don't do it! This is the worst mistake I ever made. It took only minutes for them to take my money, and days of headache to get this taken care of. I missed an important payment because of a security block that only a second level department could unlock. This secondary department has no number and I couldn't be transferred to anyone either. What kills me is their response of, " I want apologize for the inconvenience, but there is nothing more to do except wait for a call". As I said don't do it!!!!!

I had this card for about a year or so and never had a problem until today. They said they're having a technical problem with accounts that have dd. This is the same problem that rushcard had and he said they're guaranteeing the money to be in my account today. Is this a joke or what. I will definitely be cancelling my dd with them. Prepaid cards are no good for these reasons.

I loved my Tmobile card but had to give it up because it showed my balance on the bottom of my receipts like it's a gift card and I didn't like that. The reps were extremely unprofessional like I was doing something wrong so had to switch!

Very upset, I used this account out of MANY free accounts, because it said I'd get my refund two days earlier. Now it's several days late, and I am disgusted.

I will never use this app, so why do I have to have it on my system? If I needed a service like this, I would use Google Wallet. Please, let me remove this app. All it does is take up space, something I actually don't have too much of.

I really like this app but it does need some updating to store and ATM locator. After a 30-minute trek across the greater Indianapolis area I discovered that not one but two of the T-Mobile stores listed on the app are actually closed...totally shut down! Also, it would be of great help to list which banks (within a particular area) will perform over-the-counter teller transactions.

Wont allow the pic. deposit to open gives an error everytime i have tried it on iphone 6, samsung 6edge +, htc one 626, and lg leon. This app blows and is by far the most frustrating nothing works on this crap

I really dont know how anyone can say this is a terrible card. Ive had it for quite some time now and i have only had a problem with it once or twice. This is a great card. Will never use another one.

For some reason I cannot log on to the app because it keeps saying that I'm entering an incorrect password when I know I am NOT because I use the same password for everything that I used so I don't understand why cant I access this app I also called and customer service said that they could not help me with that and the only way that I can get help with this issue is to go online and contact a T Mobile representative and I am NOT about to go through all that I'm just going to uninstall the app

I intended to use this 4 everything, but I have yet to be able to even log in cuz it won't ever accept my password and keeps locking me out so I get to sit on the phone with your customer service people for an hour . Ridiculous waste of time

I just switched over to mobile money from netspend and it's cool. It is as advertised. Pros are Tmobile customers get all the benefits card comes with. Meaning NO fees whatsoever which I love. App works fine, haven't had any problems. Cons are lags just a bit when signing on. I'm happy with my new card.

So I stopped using the card because I tried adding money on it and the app won't work the camera right on my phone THEN I go in to a location and the sales person at a T-MOBILE store doesn't know how to add money like really that's your job! All of that was back in December and today I try using the mobile deposit and it didn't work AGAIN ugh I like the idea of this card but the crap around it is causing me to look in other directions

The issue I'm having is that it won't open the mobile check . It says it does recognize my account.

Rejected my Direct deposit from my employer, Saying the reason was it wasn't my name WTF!??. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST AND MOST RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES EVER! THIS Caused me to go without getting paid for an entire week! I will never use your services again.
