Fun at the doctors now what the problem is and also describes how to treat it or how I'm dealing with meds and also you can just show them the list of things that you allergic to and what you're not allergic to that's why I said I love it very much when you use it you won't have to say too much it did it will speak for itself.

Lost all info when backed up, had spent many hours putting in all critical info then lost it all now all it will say is medical report has stopped working, can not get back info from backup even using the restore backup button have rebooted phone and any tricks known to restore if I need to add all the info again I will not use this app. how can I give less than 1star

This app SUCKS no matter what you do it crashes. When you do finally get it to start working...the app still has a problem saving the information you place into it... I wouldn't waste my time downloading this app sorry.

Need: EXIT key, AUTO cap in name fields, drop down DATE/TIME entry fields, non-numeric postal code (ZIP) FIELD. After playing with several similar apps I am finding this one stands out. Keep improving this app and it will be a 5 star.

This app keeps closing in every section when I try to edit it.

Also, it doesn't allow me to use a picture from my file. I can't delete the picture that I took to replace it with a file picture

Steps to exit from appliction are unusual. Back arrow won't end appication. Pressing menu needed to end on my HTC evdo phone. Also Icon on application screen runs out of room at "Personal M". Need shorter name or "Med Id" on green cross for emergency personnel to find.
