myFSU Mobile for Android
It's totally ruined. There used to be event calendar in category of departments but now they're gone in this latest version. Half of functions just don't work... Even the feedback link is dead. The whole interface becomes so unfriendly to users.
When I go to buses and click a route, it just loads to a blank white screen. The parking is just a link to download the FSU Tranz app, which isn't compatible with my brand new Moto X Pure running Marshmallow. The only useful feature for me is the campus map, but even that isn't worth the high background battery drain. Uninstalling.
So far this app has been great, until it keeps crashing. How can I get to know FSU better as a new student? This was helping but keeps crashing.
Also make the app better for God's sake. It's way to small to read all the crap that's on it.
Black board must be down or something. Plus, the app is laggy.
When I first downloaded the app, it worked alright. I'm in incoming freshman, and it was nice to have maps for finding my way around campus (granted, they were very slow to load) Now it doesn't at all, and gives me a white background error screen every time I try to open the app. It allows me to pull down to "update" but nothing ever ends up happening and there seems to be no way to fix this. Very tempted to uninstall if not fixed somehow.
Suuuper choppy. I mean it works, but it's mega slow.
Loading takes a while please make faster
It doesn't work. Blackboard doesn't work either. Just keeps telling me that the server is not connected ...to check my network settings. Then it says the school is working on it and to come back but it still isn't working as of yet.
I had this app on my iPhone and it worked most of the time. But I recently replaced that with an s3 and I can never seem to get on blackboard with it. It's frustrating. I would rate this higher if there weren't so many problems.
Laundry is not up to date with current laundry status. Also would be nice if the maps gave a trail to walk on.

This app is packed with awesome features. It tells you in real time how full the garages are on campus, where every FSU bus is, and if you need it, which laundry machines are occupied in the dorm of your choice. There's also maps of campus, and directories of faculty and grad students. This app is super useful. If you're having trouble with blackboard, that is the blackboard app's fault... Not this one!
Great and useful app. Only problem is that blackboard doesn't work. Which is probably the main reason why I use the app.
If you wanted to use this for blackboard it is useless. It no longer works.
Blackboard works now.
Not working on Verizon's galaxy nexus with i.c.s. open the app and it closes itself. I hope this gets fixed because the app seems useful. I uninstalled and will try again at a later date.
I would have thought this app could stand in for blacckboard, guess not. But still, it is better than using the web browser.
Please fix this to work on Android's new ice cream sandwich.
The application has much improved, with the inclusion of Blackboard.
This apps implementation of its most requested feature (blackboard) is pathetic. It's not intuitive and very limited. All the other features are pointless. Start back at the drawing board and redesign to use only blackboard. Get that right and then look at adding other features.
The app's directory and map function nicely. The app is ridiculously sized and needs to be smaller. Lots of bugs.
For those complaining about file size, 'Save to SD' is enabled for the app and has been since release.
The app is large, slow, and does barely anything. The map, emergency, and sports features are somewhat useful. No blackboard access/link. Fail.
Lmao as a freshman, this app will be my life. As my droid X has plenty of space, size will not matter! Go Nole's! :)
This app is very handy, but it has many bugs on the DROIDX, specifically on searching and bookmarking in the campus map
Great app for students. At 25 mb, it's way too big.
Reading from the comments the issues people seem to have is 1. Features and 2. Size. This App may be "powered" by Blackboard, this is not to be mistaken with Blackboard 9.1+ mobile service as used through the Blackboard Learn/Connect app. This App provides phone numbers, campus map/gps, news etc.. Concerning the size of the app - you can move it to your SD card with no problem.
This app is great! Maybe add integrated process to register for student tickets??? That would make thus app even better

The map function won't even begin to work, and black board isn't functional at all. Please fix - HTC One
The map doesn't like to work most of the time.
Most things work fine, BUT there is one MAJOR flaw. The weighted grades given for courses in Black Board are ALWAYS wrong. In fact, if you scroll down the page and then back to it, it changes. I have tested this on like 10 other people's phones (both iOS and Android) and it is always there. This is REALLY frustrating when you don't know it is wrong. I thought I had a 72% after getting a not-so-great grade on a test in one class and was freaking out for the whole period. Then, I looked it up in a web browser and i actually had a 93%. PLEASE FIX THIS
If they could fix disconnect and login issue I would rate 5 stars
Map doesn't work on my phone
Map won't work
When I try to put the widget on, my account will not stay logged in and I cannot use the widget effectively (it says enter credentials and then an error on log-in). 5 stars if this is fixed. Samsung Galaxy S III

Is it too much to ask that "events" include all the events which show in the web version, and that it be reasonably easy to browse them? All I wanted was a mobile version of the College of Music calendar. Yet it seems that only "major" performances are listed in the app -- in particular, no student recitals, meaning that about 90% of public CoM events are not listed. Adding insult to injury, there's no calendar view, so looking through the list means infinite scrolling at about one event per screen. This is a major downgrade from the already deficient web version of the schedule. I'm sure there are parts of the app which are useful to some people. This review is based solely on access to the CoM performance schedule.
