Workspace has stopped working is an error i get after trying to login
Been fighting with this app for 2 weeks now. Need it for work but can not get the app to open on my LG G4 phone. Phone is brand new and have followed all proper steps but app just won't open. Garbage!!!!!
This bes is not working properly and work space is also not opening please fix the issue
Kills my phone, mail and cal synching seems too happen when it feels like it. Interface is clunky.
Does not work with Android 6.0.1; i own a Nexus 6P.
After recent update it slows down my phone to the speed of first android phones. Very often after unlocking I cannot swipe to unlock the phone- it is frozen and I have to force it to restart. Deleted my user from the server and reinstalled the app again- still the same. Battery eater. slow sync with emails (or not syncing at all unless I go to the workspace and manually refresh emails). weird behavior on various user phones (mine is Xperia M4 Aqua). Update-after last one freezes phone on lock screen.

This app regularly breaks when it updates
This app is very unstable. It does not refresh email consistently and a phone reboot is often required to get new email. It also sucks battery life.
Runs fine for a few hours and then crashes. Initiates a wipe and then doesn't work until reinstalled
Regularly looses the ability to send / receive email with no error message to tell you so. Highly irritating when you find emails sent yesterday are stuck in the outbox. Not an Internet issue. Not a server issue either. IOS devices work fine... Only a problem with android. Only a phone restart seems to fix the issue. Blackberry support is poor at responding to this and other issues.
Worked great until Oct 16 update. Now emails stop syncing every 4 hrs and I have to restart phone to get it working again.
Connectivity often poor and unknown. Distorts format of html emails and offers very limited formatting of text
Required frequent restarting of the device to synch email. Unacceptable for a app designed for work purposes. Needs to be resolved asap.

Right after the update my emails get stuck in outbox and never sent. No is not my connection, proof is I am writing this from my phone. Moto G lollipop. Could you fix? Every update is flawed with something, your developers and testers suck. Really.
Slow, Drains the battery, Pops up now and then to login and every time asks to update even when the software is up to date. I don't know why my employer loves BES. Edit: Nothing has improved.
Always pops up to update even though there is no update. Crashes all the time. Slows phone down and limits home app choices. Horrible.
White screen of death every time I try opening and loading email. Have had to fully rest me phone 3 times.

Constant unnecessary notifications, drains my battery, not a user-friendly app...wish I didn't have to use it
Garbage
My employer required me to install this on my personal phone. There are numerous issues. Constantly drain battery as you cannot disconnect wifi. Requires login before you can answer incoming calls or view other phone apps calls etc. Difficult to install, troubleshoot issues. It might be isolated to my phone (s4) or my employers settings. But my experience with it has been horrible to the point im thinking of purchasing a second phone.
Wants me to update anywhere from 1 to 7 times a day, however there is no update. Also stops working. Stops updating mail on a regular bases without notification. Drains battery. Only extremely tiny notification telling me "a secure app is trying to notify you" when I have an appointment due.
Slow, unreliable, nightmare to administer and install/uninstall.
Why does the app continue to try to install something??? Multiple times a day. Disruptive and very annoying.
keeps saying it needs to be installed but then after taking you to the app manager it just wants to be opened
It's ok. it does what needs to be done.I would like to be able to disable features like phone because it interferes with incoming calls to the extend that I can't use the keypad while on a call
Complete garbage
Every day an annoying message to install it...and guess what is installed and works as much as it can. Is a real delight together with BES12 that is getting updates 3-4 times a day.
Why BlackBerry didn't go down the same route as their iOS version I do not know. Set up as a BYOD this requires you to give the app device administrator rights which you should not need for a BYOD. Needs to be set as a default launcher which is awful, continuously sending me messages saying there has been a configuration change. No way can I recommend this!!!

Terrible.
Used to like it, past 2 weeks contact lookup is broken. Due to that email's 'to' is broken. Reply is also broken because it tries to validate the 'to' portion and crashes. I guess it might be related to lollipop android update.
Every time I restart this app stops working. Unstable and crashes constantly.
