It works ok but needs a few things: 1) give an option to snooze the reminder notification, the tray is way too unreliable to have a notification for a critical task that needed to be delayed for hours. 2) show these tasks in the BlackBerry calendar app.. Or have the option to show the task due date.. 3) allow the task to have an image attached to it, even if only local to device.

Need to include sync with Google accounts. Not everybody has outlook. Also, lacking a settings option. Most importantly, checked and completed tasks do not update on the productivity tab

Notifications looks very useless. "BlackBerry services" instead of "Tasks" . Also, it will be good if you can add the postpone function

This app is why I won't be buying another BlackBerry, let alone paying monthly. Hub, calendar, tasks, and notes should work together. If your not going to innovate on the bb10 remember app, then just copy it over. It didn't have everything, but it was light years ahead of this. First negative review I've ever written. But holy cow, this has been out for how long now? Still as crappy as day 1. Just try a little bit BlackBerry.

This app has all I need to keep myself organized. Just one thing I wish BlackBerry team added... Since the Productivity Tab does not show tasks anymore I really need a pop-up widget here...

There is a lot of things that could be improved upon in this app, but the biggest bother for me is the fact that you can't create a task that has no due date, yet set a reminder for it. There is some things I want to be reminded daily about, without them actually having a deadline of sorts. If that were fixed I'd be happy to use this a lot but as of now it's a rather useless app for me.

Lacking sync with Outlook desktop, google task. No flagged email task. No category feature to transfer over categorized notes from previous BlackBerry devices - a deal breaker. Instead, I use notes and task and sync with Outlook. This app is insufficient.

It does exactly the simple things it is supposed to do. Perfect. More than perfect would be if it could put checked tasks at the bottom and keep them visible.

Seems OK. Needs more filter/sort capability. I have a lot of templates which have no due date until I copy for each client, so I need to hide those.

For an out-of-the-box app, this does a great job and meets all my needs. I do, however, wish it had a widget associated with it. With the BB launcher allowing for peek widgets from the homescreen, the task app would benefit much from the opportunity to view/complete tasks from the widget.

It need a custom option on the remainder, so you can choose the second or third day on any month on the year and so on. That will works to schedule a reminder for mother's day and more, and the more important it need be integrated with the sound system where actually it remainder you as the OS on BlackBerry do.

Really! The app does nothing that links to the calendar . Why bother? The calendar at least reminds me. This does nothing.

I would like to use this app to dispatch the tasks to my employes, but i dont see i can do this. So it would be great to have a sharing option at least.

Reminder notifications not working at all! So we have to reboot every six hours to make sure Task reminder notifications are working? Back to the DOS days, I guess!

Wish we could customise the Tag colours. Wish there was a "Dark" theme. Wish it was cross platform and I could also install on my other Android non-BB phones.

Don't leave it open in a tile without saving your note. You will not only lose your new edit--you will lose all data that has been in that note all along. :

Can't change to different accounts it crashes

No reason to require to have location or sms on.

Has potential but shame can't organise according to reminder! Someone with many tasks in one day who wants to edit a morning task has to remember which letter in the alphabet the task begins with in order to find it that day!

A great to-do list App without all the bloated unnecessary features I've found on most of the more well known apps. Knowing that this App is from a cyber security company gives me peace of mind that my data is secure and isn't being monetized by some unknown App store Dev or advertising company like Google. I hope BB expands their software offerings as I have found a number of their apps to be really useful.

If you're going remove tasks from productivity tab, at least give us a widget.

This is a very simple task application which does the job. Although it lacks any advance features like the Google keep has it would be still good enough to use for quick tasks. However the fact that it does not synch with Google calendar makes it even useless for me. I don't see the motivation why would BlackBerry chose Microsoft Exchange against google in an android phone. Every single android user has a google account why would they at least provide google synch option as well.

It is almost as good as on the z10 but checking off tasks doesn't always work. You click the box and it flickers but doesn't tick the box. You open the task and click the box and it takes. Pretty annoying. Love that it's in the productivity bar but started using swipe instead.

Good to see enriched text, But it needs more, where are the folders/categories like on bb10? Allow us to backup to SD card encrypted as well. In its current state I can't use as my primary for lack of folders and backup method, I don't have Microsoft exchange and need a way to backup if I format or loose my phone. but like how it works with productivity bar, notes app should be in productivity hub too

I depend on this for daily tasks. The recurrence options are well done. Integration with productivity tab keeps me using it, despite its lack of support for Gmail tasks.

It will be great to make it sync with Google tasks. Not a lot of people use Microsoft/Hotmail accounts Also, create a widget for it!

Please fix this app. I depend on the reminders for a lot of tasks such as paying bills. I'm having an issue where the reminders and notifications are not being sent. I using a Blackberry Priv
