Not Working at all for me no notification for line and now even line icon show number of messages. Blackberry was so good till 9900 after that they did anything possible wrong. And went south until today. It will be another nokia story.

Used it with my blackberry. Missed it a lot with Android. Now happy to find it here. Only problem is the 30 days limit. Don't know whether it will work after that or not.

by K####:

Since last update hub insists on having access to my location: no way will I ever grant that! Shame on oh-so-security-respecting blackberry for that! Will uninstall hub from device today.

The push mail service is not working. I've received emails but doesn't show up on hub. Unfortunately that's my primary need so it's no use to me.

Many things which are not available as BB 10 are having. no Separate tone for text message for specific contact. No specific tone for Email by Specific contact. No directly number dialing in Phone. Many emails dropped to support Email ID. but no support. I am big fan of BB but really KEYone has disappointed me for many things which I am missing in KEYone. And thing in hub settings and, first time I put two sim cards and used for 2 days and after two days when changed one sim then in hub-settings its started showing sim 3 under Accounts. I am shocked to see silly mistakes by Dev team.

Is it on purpose not work with Exchange2007 with ActiveSync due to some issue? old version is okay on Priv but not the new version on keyone

I think this app still some bugs, I have 3 mail adresss Exchange, Imap and Hotmail , I can only recieve new mail, after attachment download from old mail, Please fix this issue, Thanks

Good app! But i think it has a bug. I mark as read in HUB but in the default SMS app it still is unread. Could you please fix it. Could you add up coming event or refresh action when pull down from widget. Thank you

M70%
by M####:

The only thing that bugs me is that when you try to view the incoming SMS, it would bring you to creating a new message to that contact instead of actually showing the message that had just arrived...

I love the hub, but since the latest update, if you are in the hub while receiving new email, they wont show up, despite getting a hub notification about the new mails. I have to exit ther app, then go back to it, and only then do the new mails show.

On DTEK60 for some reason, to type a text, the keyboard stays in CAPS. Strange bug that hasn't been addressed.

Recently stopped displaying every Gmail message. Now random emails don't show up at all which is very harmful

Ever since I left my bb z10 I missed the hub so much glad to have it back. Wish I could download attachments that's the only downside.

N70%

Super useful app! This is the only e-mail client I use. Supports multiple accounts you can group (split work and personal accts). Perfect also if you don't want to link all your mobile activity to your Google account to improve privacy. BlackBerry keep up good work! I'm looking forward to more integrated apps (like ProtonMail).

E70%

The one on BB10 is way better in syncing with other apps.. Especially the forwarded message like in whatsapp

K70%
by K####:

Ever since the blackberry hub updated many things are now disabled. Keeps saying screen overlay detected. Please fix or help thanks.

K70%

Just one app to manage several communication channels. There is no coming back from the tranquility of this experience.

Y70%

Perfect application. However I use samsung gear and in a update the removed the delete option from drop down menu and now I can't delete messages from my watch samsung gear. Please add the option back.

X70%

Don't do the update. I have lost my email account, don't know how this happened

K70%
by K####:

Right now don't like it because every time I open toe hub this start up screen appears

R70%

I would love this app if only the calendar icon is fixed to the actual date instead of the fixed 31. Please fix this.

The latest update gives multiple notifications for the same post from Instagram. Today I received over 50 for the same post!!!

K70%
by K####:

photo in signature html doesn't work well. Notification sounds don't work

Y70%
by Y####:

Easy and simle (just like BB10). Need some improvements: draft message doesn't display, I have to open message app to continue text message.

K70%
by K####:

It should have an integrated sms app and not require and simply launch an external app to read and write txts

K70%
by K####:

Big fan of blackberry... Using this app for couple of years. Can any one help, if we can configure office 365 email in this app..

K70%
by K####:

Fail to show whatsapp and other message notif

K70%
by K####:

Cannot insert photos in line with email text. Should allow users to do that

K70%
by K####:

Great app, but recent updates cause BBM to open in its own window and not close. Hopefully that's a bug and not a feature.

K70%
by K####:

This app brings back blackberry messaging. It's very nicely done interface.in a single view you can see all updates from mails, calls, whatsapp. You can customise which notifications you want to see. Only issue is sometimes the mail is not getting updated. After 2-3 days , it starts working again. if it is corrected, this app will get 5stars.

I like this hub better than the Gmail or native android app. The email filtering is good. I miss native hub peek, quick mark unread, and next prev MSG seems backwards. Biggest issue is free version has serious blocks : Can no longer accept meeting invites, or edit contacts.

K70%
by K####:

Well after the last update it started showing random names in the browser (example: showing contact name Mihai when Ionut was writing or a random contact name and a text in the hub which i dont see in the app) related to whatsapp messages. Also..another thing i tried remarking its not showing the last row in a conversation! But the last row received! Why??? Really annoying.

K70%

Never expected such worst performance from blackberry dev. Gmail I'd works like hell, no sync happens, synced mails contains only attachment, body missing. Planned to to subscribe monthly but gave up the thought.

Went from bb10 to android, hoping for same high quality... full of bugs and issues. Only two people at work left using this Hub out of 20+ originally. Most had to go back to BB10 for security and quality reasons.

L70%
by L####:

Love BlackBerry Hub, but coming from BlackBerry 10, this one is a bit disappointing. Every message opened in the hub means opening another app window in the background that then needs to be closed separately. Not sure if that is just like Android works, but it is pain in the ass.

K70%
by K####:

Nothing like the BB 10 experience. Very confusing, having separate hub accounts. Not recommended. S/MIME only available for Exchange accounts, which is not very helpful for non-Exchange users, e.g. G-Suite.

K70%
by K####:

This is a really good app. I would have given it 5 stars if it had a notification badge. In fact, it's the only reason I won't pay for the premium version. If it had a notification badge, blackberry would get my money!

by K####:

Add an option to show the profile picture of the contact in email or whatsapp/messenger. We already have colour indications to distinguish messages, so why not make better use of the space and instead of the logo add the faces. That said, the without photo version has a more business feel to it, not bad at all. Happy overall, way way better than all the other email apps. I deactivated Gmail and deleted Outlook for this. Life is simpler! Don't have to jump from apps to apps now

K70%
by K####:

Can't give more than three stars due to ads. I had the bb priv, but that's garbage. Went back to my old turbo, but was content since I could use bb apps, but now I have to subscribe? Terrible! I already paid for your phone, which was far from satisfactory. Besides that, apps are great for organization

K70%

I used to love this app, but recently there are ads for apps that are appearing even though I do pay a monthly subscription. It's disappointing.
