The framework underpinning Delivery Connect allows customers to take immediate advantage of pre-configured Delivery Connect applications built from Blackbay’s knowledge and expertise of the T&L market. These applications include real-time track and trace, proof of delivery (POD), despatching, on the road, routing and scheduling capabilities and active two-way communication between the consignee and delivery driver.
As well as making it easy for Blackbay customers to hit the ground running with the deployment of pre-configured applications, Blackbay understands that one size does not always fit all, the framework allows Blackbay’s customers to quickly, within hours as opposed to days, make functionality changes to existing Delivery Connect applications to match their individual business processes.
The framework has been developed so that screens, process flows and logic are all driven by configuration and can be deployed at runtime. Another important ease of use capability allows users to quickly and seamlessly switch between applications.

Very laggy. Seems to get worse the more items you scan in. Why scan twice when in run sheet mode?

Slow. If I was using it for a small amount of parcels and was paid by the hour, I could use this App in it's current form. When comparing it to the the speed accuracy of the CN51 scanner, this App would be too time consuming to help me perform my business efficiently, effectively and profitably. A step backwards from the speed and accuracy of the CN51.

It took me 30 mins to scan 27 parcels on board..telling me I was offline even though I was online. Having to scan parcel twice before delivering. All very slow..loosing money. Having said that..when it works properly it's good. And I like the location icon..very handy.
