Missed opportunity. Tells you to count the breaths and just counts down 30 seconds, then you input number, then it calculates breaths per minute - ie it multiplies by 2 for you! What's the point? Better apps just get you to tap on the screen when a breath is taken over a short period them calculates automatically.

This app has already saved my mother and her partners little dogs life who has a critical heart condition. Her heart rate was up far to high and my mother and her partner where able to determine this by using this app and were able to get their dog to the vet for urgent medical treatment before any thing bad happened to her. This is a wonderful app. I like it I love it. Five stars from me.
