Kegel Kat Free

As a guy, I'd never use it in public - too pink and "cute" design. For a free & no ad app it deserves 6 stars for functionality. I like having both the visual and hepatic cues. And the dance mode is nice to give a variation from the standard reg pattern.

Brilliant app. Ok...reminders need fixed, a better description of 'how to', for beginners is needed, but 'oh my!!' This app has already, 3 days on (10minutes in total)..made a huge difference. I thought it was an age & weight thing & to be expected...but its not!

I had another app and it was just not keeping my attention. I love how the Dance Option is like a game. Only sad the reminder keeps failing on me. But either way I already recommended the app to others.

I downloaded this app during my first pregnancy in hopes it would help me do my kegals ( I always forgot bc I found them boring). This app is super fun and still really simple to use p. Love it!!!!!

I love the cat but without reminders the app is totally pointless. On my previous phone I could always reset them but now nothing works. Please fix this!

I like that you can customize the length of contractions and the rest in the daily squeeze and you can see it visually, although the color is kinda ugly. Alerts stopped working so I use another app for those. The dance is good for quick contractions.

I put mind on dance and everyony thinks its just a silly game, i explain to my female friends theyll b getting it soon.

Loved doing kegals with this Kat until I realised the reminders have stopped and I've forgotten to do them for the last few days!

It is a cute, fun app but if the reminder function doesn't work it's useless to me.

It does the job, I like the different modes or play styles that you can choose from. They make it fun. And I REALLY like that it works in the background! It makes it so effortless to squeeze your muscles while doing other stuff on your phone. :) Plus, cute kitty.

If you dont want a bunch a videos, this is the app. It's simple but effective and not overwhelming like other Kegal app.

The reminders worked when I first downloaded it but a few days later they stopped working. I have even checked my phone settings to make sure their allowed. They still don't work.

Let's face it. It can be easy to forget this exercise. This application is so cute and helpful. I love the little pictures and sounds. Great application! :-)

I do not use the reminder feature on this app, so its not a big issue for me. I remember to do kegels religiously every day at least three times a day. I have owned the Kegelmaster 2000 for 2 years. Before I found this app I would cheat myself because o would not be able to keep my reps. Or count. With Kegel Kat app I have taken my workout to a whole new level. I am up to resistance setting #9 and I feel things are super snug. I even use this app at work. This app is so cute and fun.

I tried the others & this is the best kegel app in every way. Doesn't crash, is user friendly, straight foward... Plus, the kitten is adorable. So convenient to have consistant daily reminders! An exercise you can do anywhere & an app that helps you remember to actually do it ;-) Thanks you!

This is a great idea. Very cute and fun, but the reminders don't work at all. Fix and I'll raise my stars.

I use this app while using my kegelmaster, which makes it easier to count reps. Only thing I dont like is that u can't make the dance, dance mode longer nor the daily squeeze that only goes up to 50. I've seen in reviews the daily reminder doesn't work very well but I don't need it so that's not an issue 4 me. I wonder if buying the full version will allow me to input longer reps 4 the daily squeeze or dance dance mode.the go on forever mode makes up 4 this but I would like to be able customize daily mode

I love this app, it's fun and hilarious with the kitty sounds. I have reminders set on my phone already but I know some prefer the app to do it. And well it should but I'll keep this app.

Why can't I set more than 3 reminders? That's really annoying

A good looking design with no ads. Super easy to change settings.

Incorporating a tracker to see exercise progress, keep notes, etc would be a great addition. I would purchase with a feature like that now, right now I'm using my calendar along w/this app. Also, background changes to make things more interesting. Like u could upload ur own background pics.

The app itself is great but the reminders don't always work. In the past week, I've not gotten one reminder so I'm uninstalling.

I would have rated this app higher if the reminders worked. Because they don't, I often forget to even use it.

This app is a neat idea, easy to use, and works, except one thing--the reminders don't work. Since the hardest part about kegels is remembering to do them, that's a big bummer in my book.

Kegels are helpful, but kinda boring. Kegel Kat adds a little fun. The animated kitty is just enough to entertain and encourage me. The adjustable rep / duration is very useful. The reminder sound gives me a smile, after a brief moment wondering why my cat sounds so odd. My only problem is the reminders do stop after some random time. Once, I had them nearly a full week; usually it's less. Then I have to remember to reset reminders. A fix for reminders would make this a five star app for me.

Needs some tweaks though. It looks bland. Would prefer it be in a nice vibrant pink color. The cat is cute and works along with you. Has three ways to practice. Can just keep repeating until you do as many sets as you want. You can set reminders, although I didn't see that they actually worked. You can also set the timing for squeezes and releases which is also nice No tracking feature and no different between free and paid version (except for maybe no ads?)

Was good at first but it stopped giving me reminders so whats the point? I even reset them when i realized i forgot to do my excersises, but thwy just never work anymore.

Counts #adjust length of squeeze & makes noise so you don't have to watch screen. We need one for physical therapy reps.
