Set up a wallet, transferred a small amount of btc and it never showed. Beyond pissed

Awful support. Been waiting for 7 days with no response. Unacceptable when it's someone's money you are dealing with.

this is a virus and the creators are terrorists. do not install and avoid bit pay at all costs

Its terrible it always tells me that I have insuficient funds even thou I have 1 more bitcoin than the amount I am planning to transfer

I made a deposit of 0.01btc from my xapo account to butpay account but untill now it says not confirmed I need to use those bitcoins now. Now im stucked Please tell me what to do now

Bitpay uses a new type of address system so you need to use their converter on the bcc address they give you. Thanks for fixing bitcoin cash prices.

One day they stoped providing service to my country and it showed an "error 403 can't update wallet". They say there is a way to recover the funds, I won't bother, I'm buying a hardware wallet after this. Lesson learned

It seems to be a scam to me. I can't move my currency now that it is in bitpay as my $85 are "insufficient funds". I can't sell, or buy, or send, only receive of course , because bitpay wants money coming in. I sent bitcoins from GDAX and they arrived at a decent time and for a small fee, now I can't get them out, I feel trapped and scammed by this app that has no decent customer support to help me get my money back. DO NO PUT MONEY INTO THIS APP.

Only one thing to say: big fraud. If you intend to assure a bitcoin teansaction with this app, just pass your wat! Outstanding fees I feel like I've just been anal raped...

They just ripped me off. I had plenty of funds in my wallet. Tried to load funds to my card now its claiming insufficient funds. I had funds to cover it and fee. SCAM. RIP OFFS STEER CLEAR OF THIS APP

Used by a great app, but recently it started using "Bitcoin Cash, or Bcash", which is a fake bitcoin, instead of the real bitcoin. This is extremely bad business practice.

By far the easiest way to convert bitcoin into cash on the fly. I give this card to my clients as gifts for joining me in this new crypto currency revolution.

There's something seriously satisfying about paying for a fancy dinner with bitcoins... transactions quick and sucsefull.

This place is a scam, I tried to purchase a Amazon gift card, when I tried to use it, hit place order 2 MIN LATER got a entail from Amazon saying they were closing my account, and ANY accounts in the future. The card info was FRAUDULENT!! This was Nov 18th, contacted support, a hundred times and they said they would process a refund, that was 2 weeks ago. And still NOTHING, now they won't even answer me, it was 185$$!! Anna was trying to buy Christmas presents for my kids, I can't believe they are treating me this way!! Will change review of ever get refund, but don't expect it.

Why I Paying extra network fee ? this bad usless app.

I don't know why, but BCH wallet doesn't work in this app. I tried receive money, but any stock or exchanger didn't accept generated BCH wallet. But what is more strange that when I tried paste BTC wallet address instead BCH exchanger accepts it.

I have $20 in btc in my account. I was going to transfer $10 just to see how it work. They want to charge me $5.99 network fee and $8.50 miners fee. I would end up with $3. What kind of rip off scam is this card! I'm not put any money on this card. I'll go with shift instead.

I love it. Great for people who don't want to give banks their money to use for, basically, free! Super easy, excited to use it. Just bought first thing and it went great

Works great with BTC, but it's BCH addresses start with "C" and are not accepted by any other wallets. This makes BCH unusable.

I was using it fine for 3 to 5 months, please then suddenly it blocked my country.. I my coins are still in there in bitwallet, I can see them but can't do any transactions.. Like receiving or sending BTCs. Why is that? Help me plz

This app stunk I hated it took hella money from me.i started with 40 nd ended up with 25 this ap beat nd stood my money take it off the market.

Bitcoin Cash wallet addresses show as invalid when attempting to add money from an exchange.

Between them and coin pay, one of them has my money, you can't talk to either one to find out who has your money or how to get to your wallet, which shows empty despite the fact they took $100 from my bank.

Don't use Bitpay if you want to keep your money, they stole hundreds from me and have no support and I literally got thrown out of my apartment when they stole my rent money. I can't believe these people are allowed to still be in business.

I tried to sign up twice. Sent $20 in BITCOIN and didn't work. They only refunded me $2. Do not sign up!

BCH wallet address just won't work on crypto exchange websites... always shows invalid... had high hopes from this app... disappointed
