it keeps saying wrong password and when I try to request a new password it says the account doesn't exist but when I try to make a new account it says it does terrible don't download thank God I didn't deposit any money yet.

Don't redeem miners from them , spent a lot on shipping and the s5 miner was D.O.A despite them testing the miners prior to shipping.

Needs Improvments! The hash rates and prices are not accurate if you want to mine litecoin...they give you bitcoin pricing and doesnt reflect litcoin pricing... for a place that makes a lot of money they sure have suprising sub-par app.
