They are deceiving customers. just read their terms and conditions and you will come to know that they are not responsible for anything. In morning 1030h, I got the message for the bus at 1030 pm, but evening at 1830 h the bus was cancelled, just 4 hrs before journey. they claim amenities, but none of them is available actually. please please please please please. .... don't book through them.

Very much disappointed by their service.driver and conductor doesn't know the dropping points and misguide the travellers by giving wrong directions and talking in a very rude tone.blankets were smelling like rotten eggs and even no facility of drinking water. I downloaded this app just to write the review and let the owners know how their workers are performing.

Crashes on payment page more often, need to fix bug occurring due to implementation of registration offers.

Very bad app, poor customer support .Please don't use app just to save 30-40 RS you may lost whole ticket amount .

After debit rupee no seats books my money laps

Although a good discount is offered but they can provide extra discounts to privileged customers who prefer verma over others. A good app to navigate and easy menu and app options to book a ticket. I request the message for more discounts to privilege customers should be informed to merchant.

Worst travel experience..they book seats for AC buses but gives you seat in a non ac bus..judt like government buses..Buses conditions are worst..Free advice never book seats in Verma buses..nahi toh tmh bi wahin milenga jo hume mila hai..A Headache..

I have booked approx 2 times thru app but tickets not generate after payment. Payment successfully debited from my account but tickets not generate.

I had booked by journey tickets online from indore to udaipur. ..I am writing my review middle of night...while I am in bus...Bus is good and comfortable. BUT STAFF IS SO RUDE AND PATHETIC. ..NOT DRIVER. .ASSISTANT IS SUCH AN IDIOT PERSON. HE IS CONTINOUSLY COMING AND REMOVING CURTAINS WITHOUT PERMISSION. I really don't understand we are booking for A C Volvo but this Verma people send 3rd class non AC Volvo Bus and giving excuses that bus was cancelled and the even not giving the difference amount refund as I paid for bhopal trip amount 320 and the had send me on 200 costing bus so I m supposed to get 120 refund but they didn't give me ....this pathetic service I never seen by any bus company I don't want to recommend any person to go with this bus...

Today I was traveling with my 7 year old kid, in Verma Travels AC bus No.7959, from Bhopal to Indore, 1:30pm bus, boarded from  Habibganj bus stop. Bus left at 1:45 pm from Habibganj but AC of the bus was not working in back side of bus. 20-25 passenger of last seats ( including me) were asked the driver Mr. Bundela and conductor about the problems​ but they said "it's too hot outside,so it will take some time to cool down the full bus." We waited for another half - an - hour  Till we reach to Lal Ghati, Again I went outside and made the complain about AC not working and asked for refund or make another arrangements, but Mr.Rohit Singh said that the same problem was there yesterday and it was solved when bus was on the highway. Even though when I refused to board the bus he said madam I'll make sure k AC will work and if not I'll refund your money. I boarded the bus and waited for another 45 minutes but again the situation was same. Then I went to driver again but he started misbehaving and said "we can't do anything, either adjust or you should have left the bus before, and it's not my problem that you are uncomfortable in the bus, do whatever you want to do and make complain in customer care..... And then I called on all the numbers on the tickets and website, but no one responded. Did complaint on Indore office also but no one has done anything. Now totally exhausted and irritated writing this mail to you, in hope to get Justice.... Regards,

Their is no refund of cancellation. And need improvement.it takes 100% cancellation amount.

If I exit the app to get one time password for transaction, booking page is gone. If I can't even do payment properly, the purpose of app is defeated. it also blocks those partially booked seats as well, so you can't book it in retry. There is no way to save partially filled forms. Entering DOB is a pain, had to click on more than 400 months lot of to reach my dob. Please improve the app to enhance the ticket booking experience. I also didn't get additional 5% discount for first time app user.

When I try to book to Bhopal from Ahmedabad, it crashes. Reported this problem to them several times....but to no avail.

They don't even try to listen to your problem ......and saying always not possible.

App is good...services are ok...office staffs are worst & illiterate....

If you want to go for trouble full journey then Verma Travel is the best option. It changes bus from Volvo to Tata local. Never comes on time.

With this Mob App it's end to visit Verma Travels off or search online to book with Verma Travels.Now any time & anywhere I can book my Ticket to travel with Verma Travels.
