Worst app and worst customer service... When we call them they will keep on saying that there app is best app and there is issue with your mobile or network
After updating app working not good. Many issues occur when using the app. Retun back option not set in this app. When you want to close the app then app should not be support.

Recently booked ticket with this app which claims 20% off on first booking. But I never got it. Also there was no msgs regarding bus no timings on the day of departure. Also very rough staffs at Suray

Previous version was good. In new version you need to enter PNR no.to check your ticket but in previous version it was without PNR .
The app shows 20% discount but when you try to book it shows error, dont download not useful

App was fine. 20% off worked. I could locate my booked tkt on the app whenever I wanted. Traveled Cbe- Blr and Blr -Cbe. Both Journeys were comfortable. Only issue was conductor did not call out the stop name in time for me to get down inspite of specific request by me earlier in the morning. So I had to get off a little away
Worst app. Third class service. Driver, pick boy, and even the customer care executive are rude. None responds to query. All options are to increase comestic value of the app. If there was 0 stars, I would have chosen that. The staff have audacity to tell "Do whatever you want" when you insist for an answer.
I booked a ticket today but not shown in my bookings section. This is not good for an APP. There is no synchronisation. Didn't like the experience on app but great to get 20% discount. So I give 3 star for saving around 600 rs!!! Wow for that.
Worst travel Experience. No value for customer. I am right now travelling with some friends and we have experienced horrible behavior from bus conductor and driver. We asked just a single question. And he started shouting at us. No value at all for the customer. These type of experience will cost you very dearly as more and more people are becoming aware of your bad service. Never expected such a behavior from such a successful travels.
Customer service is the worst. I was told to be at one place for boarding, but after being there for half an hour or more, they called me and told that the bus had already left the place and catch the next location which is 20 kms far, using another vehicle but the other vehicles did not even respond. Finally I had to arrange my own transport and reached the other place. ...........Worst experience I had in my life. Don't use this transport service. You 'll regret
Worst service ever.NEVER use this travels! First of all the bus came very very late and later in the middle of the night they made us get down in some random place all of a sudden and asked us to catch an auto and go to another stop.none of the phone numbers given works. Even if it rings and you are able to a speak the people cut the call without responding. The employees are far from polite and give wrong information and dismiss all your doubts. Overall this was the worst trip ever!
I booked srsbus from hyderabad to bangalore.. The reporting time was 10pm and the bus picked us at 1 am.. There were 3 numbers mentioned on the ticket among which one was wrong number the other number was land line they didnt answer the call and the other was driver or the coordinater number who turned off his mobile. And finally when they turn up they giving bloody excuses. I had no other option bcoz i ve a interview.. And they didnt even drop me at designated drop point. The driver told me to talk to mgmt
Had the worst experience..!! Travelling from Blore to Coimbatore..Bus no.8738.. Bus driver n his fellow mate misbehaved n abused me, my brother n my mom.. Never ever recommend anyone to travel by srs after this.. Requesting management to look into this issue and take action asap.. Thank u..
I tried to avail the 20 percent discount using your app and this doesn't work. My amount from paytm has been deducted but no ticket booked! I even tried without the discount thinking that the discount advertising is just for name sake. This too doesn't work! Why the hell srs wants to maintain a mobile site or an app while it cannot handle it!! Really disappointed with your booking service!
