The worst service I have ever seen. When i book ticket for gangamma circle, bangalore - bus goes in a different route and drops me in a different place. I will make sure none of my friends or relatives take your service. I don't knw what action you take for todays issue, but make sure this doesn't happen with any other passengers. Route No. 1U

App and transport works at the same way, pls Don't book bus from sowmiya travel, bus shown in the app n actual is different, these busses are badly maintained
