These people are cheating the passengers booked amount, they have not refunded my Modified/cancelled tickets Coupon Amount fully nor issued another ticket with the same redeemable amount, They simply escape by saying their unlogical Terms & conditions. They simply want double profits in the name of Terms & conditions. This is the worst experience I have faced in my life.

Trust me everyone, Worst worst worst service ever, drivers and conductors are very much ignorant, they will drop you in middle of the road and ask you to go back!!! Customer care never bother to pick up or call back to missed calls,,

No respect to customer..... Drivers unprofessional behavior.... Unparliamentary discussions...... Rude response.....worst customer support.... Luggage care no response.......Begging extra money for small luggage.... Dirty bed sheets..... All comprises THE GREAT MORNING STAR.... The worst drivers and unprofessional behavior. They will never respect any passengers. Please dont travel in morning star......... Very rude and worst......

Worst service ever.they cancelled my bus with out information and forced me to take a seat that is not at all good.The customer care guys are not at all helpful.Guys never ever book a ticket in Morning star travels.

These travels cheating the people by running non permit buses and causing lot of inconvenience to passengers by transferring one bus go another, I am badly affected.

Dont book morning start busses, Worst service i ever seen, he didn't inform to me but bus left from marthali , I have chased up to hebbal in touch call but he didn't stopped at hebbal . West of money with this service please don't book this morning start busses.

No alert alarm, bus came from opposite direction of bus stop. No waiting spot. Overall waste, Pls use orange.

Using these services from more than last 1 year intially service was good but from last 4months there service become worst charging more amount and providing waste service intially they use to give dry cleaned blanket and water bottle now they stopped giving water bottle and and giving dirty blanket which has been washed long agi and the blankets are also toren and more ever driver's and cleaners are very waste people don't even know how to speak with customers speaks roughly with customers and if any give correct appropriate answers waste waste service from morning star nerver use these service again

There is no proper updates regarding boarding time & driver & bus crew speak all rubbish they don't even give proper response for water if we ask too they are rude & never take that 10:30pm bus -sleeper atall & carry your own water bottle

After recent update, unable to login ... even password reset option is not working..... Please resolve asap

Wrost travels..Bus drivers don't no about the boarding points...They will not drop you at your dropping location..They will drop as there wish of drivers and cleaners

Friends don't book your tickets in Morningstar service no 231 bus... it's worst bus in Morningstar mosquitos also there in this bus.. last 1 year iam regular customer in Morningstar, i never seen past one-year this type of bus in Morningstar, so please friends dont book your tickets in service no : - 231, otherwise all buses are awesome... I feel very good

What kind of service u people are providing Number mentioned in the app is also not related to morning star. U people r asking me to contact Paytm for cancellation and process. Such a irritating I hav seen.

We booked tickets for service no:107 from Guntur to Hyderabad to drop off at Gachibowli stage, Hyd which is very much there in the route. But they dropped us at KPHB (10 km away), and said that the bus will not go to your stage. After a long argument only they dropped us at our actual stage.

I used to travel in this. In fact my past 30 trips were with them. But they now stopped taking care of customer service. Literally I had to wait for 4 hours in shelter less bus stop. Nobody cared about me then. And in fact their staff are very much rude while answering calls. Bloody idiots.

Bus delayed for more than 1hr for no reason. Mobile charging point not enabled even on request. Water bottle not provided. Service no 204A

Bus drivers and cleaners need to improve their behavior towards the passengers .

Services OK. Prompt departure. Price is cheaper than any other bus services. They have office with washroom in Bangalore to fresh up. I liked it especially when I travel with family.
