Bad response regarding cancellation of tickets.if u book your ticket then forgot your money because there is no police about cancellation.

Most ugly cancellation policy u have to change it otherwise it is not help ur passenger to reach their destination

Staff is very bad comparative to other transport service

There is no complain box regarding bus staff even i didnot get any email is.
