I can't rate your app high when your services have taken a negative turn... How would your company value your buses more than the safety of your clients? I use to think you were the best but I just realised that its all a facade.

Good One

The app doesn't accept my Ghanaian phone number. Keeps telling me to enter valid mobile number. It appears only Nigerian mobile numbers are accepted. With this issue you cannot register or reserve a seat. Please fix this problem. Another issue the app has no option to confirm your return ticket on your return trip. Return ticket confirmation via app is very important.

The app crashes often times.. And yes ABC s quality of service is diminishing but they still top charts in the transport system I feel they are going through rough times.

Have been in abc terminal egbu since 6:30am till 12pm , going to Lagos. I think Another transport company should emerge with speed limit because abc is now worst than other transport company

ABC transport is quite inconvenient lately , shortage of bus services, and are facing lots more hectic problems, this is not the ABC we once knew, this transport company is falling get rapidly

Wouldn't have given 5 star but the keys in the selection menu are not explained. It would be good to understand these keys
