Its ok but interface needs a lot of work to be more user friendly. E.g you would think the fist screen would give you a dashboard view or summary, then clicking into any specific trading pair. Hamburger menu should be reserved for more high level options e.g select dashboard, buy/sell, notifications, settings. Having notification/alarms to me is crucial yet missing. I would go as far to say that depending on how critical the alert is the app should bypass silent mode and still alarm to ensure I wake up or I don't miss a particular event

Not the smoothest app in the world. Started having alerts and then the app wouldn't let me log in anymore and was not able to reboot it from zero so had to uninstall and reinstall. Also, doesn't actually execute purchases 100 percent of the time and when it does it doesn't always notify you properly. It gets the job done, but for something that handles assets, it should be a lot more high end.

It's a nice tool, but it consistently remains $400ish +/- off of the actual real time market for some reason... Even while watching the chart in "real time". As of this second, it's showing the BTC price being $600 lower than gdax and even Coinbase... Weird.

The user interface is next to non existent. If you want to change the chart types you don't seem able to select style. It is good to have the information available though, but the app really needs to be re written competely. Another thing is being able to modify an order, not just cancel it.

I recently installed this app but haven't really used it yet. The UI and structure is horrible, it takes a lot of time to even understand the interface. I can't say anyhing about the functionality yet. Also, there are too many confusing, different types of trading mentioned. But it's a start, I'm aware that creating an app is not easy.

ui needs some improvements. looking for: Transfer: remove empty wallets from list, add USD equivalent for every currency. Chart: load data in background before pressing chart button. save/load chart layout. welcome / main screen: fancy chart like in balances of the Web version

Functionaly it is great app but I think UI is not friendly with touch. I feel like it is not a native app, lags many times and feels sluggish. Also it would be better if you add white theme as well. There is much room for improvements. Thanks

Excellent app for Bitfinex. The website is still better, if sitting at the computer, but the mobile app is a great addition. The summary now works: it's possible to check available amount of coins when making an order. Drawbacks: 1. The chart useful area is too small, even in landscape mode, and no full screen. But it's still possible to see the chart! Useful anyway. 2. The entered PIN is forgotten immediately when switching to another app, annoying. The app should use timeout of several minutes before blocking. Using a claculator or reading news in the browser blocks personal data immediately, and the PIN must be entered again. 3. Cannot edit orders, like at the website. Only need to delete first. --- The developer is very active, bugs are being fixed, thanks!

bitfinex is a scam... i just withdraw my ripples but doesnt send any funds in my wallet, on the txid (blockchain transaction id) it says no transaction, why there is no transaction if my withdrawal is completed?, i just contact the support but no response, its better to find other exchanges, bitfinex is a scam

My first experience with Crypto was the day Bitfinex was hacked. Lost my $300 USD. And even though they "reimbursed" everyone (which I think was just a way for them to start their own Coin), when I attempted to withdraw, they said I couldn't due to a recent change in their Policy regarding the State I live in, Washington. Even though that wasn't the case when I signed up. NOW I HAVE USD IN MY ACCOUNT, AND IT WON'T EVEN LET ME CONVERT TO BTC SO I CAN SEND TO AN EXTERNAL WALLET!! So I contacted Support. NO HELP. NO RESPONSE. NOW I HEAR THEY ARE DOING THIS WITH EVERY USER IN THE USA?? They have all my ID and Bank info. How do I know they're not just using my identity to trade on the Blockchain? (as I suspect of others too). ALL I WANT IS OUT!! THIS IS PRISON.

At least you can make some orders with it, but the UI is terrible. No overview, no price ticker shown. Please improve. A dashboard would be also welcome.

Cannot save chart layout and indicators. Randomly resets all layouts, very irritating. Difficult to click on setting buttons and tabs while customising indicators. Definitely not optimised for mobile platforms.

It's great and helpful. You almost don't need to use web version. Still have got some issues like (1)uneditabe orders, (2)you are not able to manage all your orders and positions in a single page or section and its very confusing.

29-Dec-2017: Ladies&Gentlemen we badly need to select notification tone. Preferably also select different tone for (1) up (2) down (3) order execute. If possible even ideally: specific tone for each bell. 2nd: we need to edit orders. Please also change color of RSI. Its invisible.

Well.. I dont understand why people submiting false reviews. This app made for tracking your account when you are away. Serious traders would not use apps to trade, its rediculous ! All of you who rated this exchange down- do yourself a favour and ger yourself a damn stationary computer!

UI & UX needs a lot of work. I have no idea how to log in and place a trade or see the trade I placed online. The instructions on the website don't work.????

Why i cant make withdraws ??You need to fix the app it lag A lot and delete the auto lock ,you need to make the order history which shows how many coins I bought for how much , you need to make the balance of the account on the top nice app but needs A lot of work

It could be improved, I cannot see the funding orders pending anymore, there is a bug I think. In general it works quite good, especially if you consider that the other exchange app are almost are useless and incomplete. Please solve the bug. Thanks

I love this app and the exchange, but i want to know what happened to my BT2 Coins that just disappeared when the exchange stop trade BT2. Please I want my money to be returned back to my balance. I have send mail for over three days today and there have been no reply. Thank you.

I've been trying to withdraw funds from Bitfinex for weeks, nothing but difficulty with either the site or the app. Ridiculous.

This exchange is fraud..my BTC was stuck here... They're not allow me to withdraw...Don't use this exchange anymore... don't loose your money

Really buggy. Half the time it show I have $0 in my wallets and my trades are gone have a heart attack. Then I log in to the website and everything's fine.

I haven't got any response from customer support team yet can't even get access to my money . they have issued me a ticket but no response yet over a week have passed .ticket number #510558

Very bad interface. I MOVE ALL OF MY COINS TO OTHERS EXCHANGER cause in here always bad connection. Slowest calculator ever.

possibly one of the worst mobile apps I have ever used. absolutely terrible UI. looks like it was made on a toaster.

The tabs of any of the graph option menu's can't be selected (e.g. MACD settings) so you can't change the line color or any other settings except from the default tab. My OS version is Android Nougat.

Seems no one is maintaining this. My account is locked and I'm trying to get in touch with them but no use...none of them responded

As a bitfinex miniature trader i love it. But If some one asks me what would you like to see at the app, I would say, at transfer page it would be great to see usd balance for each coin I got as well as total usd balance.

Thanks for adding charts. But there is an issue with the charts. It is not possible to change tabs on any of the chart property pages. You can tap on the tabs but it won't go there. So in my case i am stuck with charts with a black background and dark blue moving averages. Not workable unfortunately. Apart from that, everything else seems ok - a bit quirky in some instances but ok in all other ways that i can see. Please address the chart component tab changing issue so that visual customisation of the chart style becomes possible. Knocking stars down to 2. I see in the feedback here that the issue of styling the charts has been raised multiple times. I think that should have been addressed by now. In the meantime, i'll see if i can figure some way to make that happen.

BITFINEX Team, you need to work on making mobile apps more user friendly, so far, GNT and SNT, are not available on the app. Kindly fix this. I don't receive any notification from the app, when the price of the cryptos invested upon changes. You have almost full control over your account. Only funding bids and offers are not being displayed when clicked always showing 0/0 regardless of u have any hope you fix it in your next release

Okay so I have around 46 iotas which i bought a month ago. Now that I want to withdraw them the minimum withdrawal amount is set to 64.7 iotas. WTH. I am trying to withdraw iotas worth around $178 and can't do it. The minimum withdrawal is set even above$100 which is insane and customer exploitation.

Can't login with the api. The app grabs the QR but then nothing happens. There is no prompt for pin creation and still no logged in. I've tried multiple times with multiple new APIs.

The desktop experience is great, but this is really sloppy - looks like you've just put a bunch of web frames together and called it an app. Can't log in either, just says Setup PIN, then error, then links to a broker page

I have been trying to get a withdrawal of bitcoin out for the past 2 days . Tried 6 different withdrawals but it gets stuck on processing and doesn't get processed . I can't take my bitcoin out !!!
