This application complements the capabilities of the BITE personnel management software by the functionality to apply and approve absenteeism and vacation requests on your mobile device.

Besides the effortless applying for absenteeism in the required category is also possible for supervisors to approve, to refuse or comment the submitted vacation and absence requests of their employees directly from the application.

For increasing the transparency, detailed information regarding each absence request can be found. In addition, the application provides for each absence entry a granular history that shows all changes to each record.

The application also provides an overview of the current vacation quota. So not only already claimed holidays but also the remaining vacation days are visualized.

All contact details of employees and colleagues are easily found and accessed directly.
