Smart Battery Saver

It's the most complete battery saver app I've tried, with excellent smart saving options (auto switch 3G data!), but no battery level graph. It's not perfect, but it's pretty close! UPDATE 08/2015: App hasn't been updated in *ages*, but it's still better than the major battery saver apps!

This nifty app offers pretty much the perfect balance of features and useability, it does what it does very well and looks good too. The only thing I've noticed is that Wi-Fi doesn't automatically shut off after a while when it can't find a connection, get that working and this becomes the hands-down defacto battery saving app!

This app needs a fast charge feature to automatically stop apps when you ain't use them and your phone is charging. I also think it's should hibernate apps when the screen goes off and it should also stop apps on a specified interval. Like every 3 minutes, it would be better if you could force stop those apps automatically every 3 minutes.

Works well does help with battery life. But it keeps turning on my WiFi when I am at home. My home internet is not unlimited, I have more on my phone. Is there a way to keep the app from turning on wifi? I had removed the app for a few weeks so I know it is the app.

im a honest person and this app actually increased my battery life from 8 hrs (playing games,youtube,social media etc) to about 14 hrs almost double. + if im not using my device, battery stays at the same level i left it at for a whole day ✔

I'm not sure if it has gone downhill or if it's because I have a new phone and it just doesn't work as well on this make and model. It worked perfectly on my LG OPTIMUS F7, but now, on my LG STYLO 2, the Data button doesn't seem to work. Not sure if anything else is working. The apps button is greyed out and doesn't affect Data when pressed.

This app is THE BEST battery saver on Google Play. My nexus 4 suffered from significant battery drain when the screen was on and even more so when it was off. I woke up at 7 a.m., went to school, and when I came back, I had to plug it in. Ha! Not anymore! Now I'm getting a solid day and a half out of my phone. I can't thank you enough! Excellent app!!

I have been using bitedfinder app's for a long time now. I currently using another.battery.save for now. Please add more options to this bitedfinder.app "battery Saver" and I know I would re-use it again .

Its a good app but keeps switching off vibrate on touch during night mode and it won't switch it back on in the morning. I can't find any way to disable it. Please help.

Delivers what the other apps only promise, for free! Absolutely recommend! The best one out there! But a little material redesign would be very welcome. Also the app's background process footprint should be reduced further. Additionally, smart sounds need a little tinkering! Overall: the best battery saver. Recommended.

I really love this app, one of the best battery savers. The only thing that annoys me is the automatic switch off haptic feedback. I got used to it and i do not want to disable it!

Only problem is smart Wi-Fi and smart apps... Maybe other functions don't even work on lollipop for n5. Please update!

Need update to work with android 6 . As it ever change to battery profile.all the can't apply smart on mobile data????!!!!!!!!!please fix this issue

This app is simple and easy to use. And it really maximizes your Android's battery life. Highly recommended! Good job Bitdefender! But it would be nice to indicate if the battery is already full charged when it reached 100%.

It's the best battery saver app I have ever used. All the saver features actually work for.me seamlessly. I have even purchased other similar apps but I don't even use them because certain features cause problems with my wi fi,etc. No connection, etc. This the only app like this where every feature actually works.

You cant save battery while using the phone , i tried evrey app and doesn't work but you can save battery when screen is off becouse most people lose their battery when screen is off , so the best way to save battery is by stamina mode on xperia phones , and this app works like stamina mode, but there is only thing is missing wich is the option to disable wifi when there is no connection like the doze for battery life app

This app is really good featured. The only problem is that Bitdefender has not updated the app which effects the capability. It doesn't work on Android lollipop version. Request Bitdefender team to please update the app.

Haven't been update for 2 year!! Some function do not work any more (automatic WiFi enabling ecc)

Loved the app, Thanks to the developer (s). POST USAGE REVIEW: I used my phone for around 32 hours without charging. I am on Nexus 5 Lollipop. If I had an international credit card I would have donated something in honor of the developers. Thanks again for a such nice Free Software.

keeps apps from autostarting. definately makes a difference on my s6 otherwise full charge lasts 5 hours 9 minutes

I took it out thinking it wasn't doing much and boy was I wrong. My battery died faster even when I use my Sony Experia's power management. Won't take this out again.

Nexus 6 Lollipop 5.1 How will I know it is working because when the screen turns off then turn it back on Wi-Fi and Data doesn't look like it turned off at all.

Since my moto g updated to android lollipop any profile with data (is work) doesn't work I have to ho into settings to turn on data!!!

I have been using this app for quite some time now an wouldn't use another battery saver app again. However I just recently received my update to Lollipop 5.0 an it seems that some of the features don't save such as being a to turn smart mobile data off when the screen is turned off. I hope they fix this.

In Lollipop it has several issues: 1. Doesn't recognize the mobile data so it keeps saying that it has been disabled. 2. The % notification does not updates as expected.

Smart turns off data when screen is on, and doesn't turn it back on. Also In the alert "leave current profile", the word "leave" could mean "keep" OR the OPPOSITE: "exit". They need to change the word "leave" to a different word.

App should be updated so that the visuals look like the material design of lollipop... At least the the notification on the lock should have a better look

Definitely gave my battery a boost on Nexus 5. The smart options are able to handle the power saving. Light & fast without any adware ! Been using the Bitdefender products on my PC for a really long time and this software did not disappoint.

If you have a new HTC this will be very similar to the battery saver on your phone, switches off WiFi data or what ever you choose to when screen goes off and turns back on when you turn screen back on, thus saving a big chunk of battery, if you do not want say WiFi off just unclick that box and alls done ,or if you want a app to not get turned off you choose that in the choose app setting, basically very simple and easy to use, I find this better than say battery Dr and others as it does what you need

I used to use du battery saver but recently I uninstalled it due to the fact that it consumes more than 30 MB in RAM which actually affects the battery life and drains it too fast. Hence I found this app and tested it a couple times on my phone. I found it only consumes under 10Mb of my phone RAM. And that's actually a good thing which allow the user to gain more memory RAM as well as expanding the battery life. So here is the thing that I think it should be improved : the platform. , add auto apps clearer.

It's really good, the battery has improved a lot, but has two problems: 1. With an only Wi-Fi table it keeps telling me that the mobile data has been modified outside the app and 2. The smart Wi-Fi does not work.

Hi, I noticed that, in the costum profile menu, tgere is a little bug: when I tap the sound profile button (normal, vibrate, silent) the text below the icon foesn't change. For example when my profile is set to normal and I want to change it on vibrate, the icon changes and so does my profile, but the text remains the same, saying: normal. It's not really bothering me, but I wanted you to know about it. Great app! Thanks for making it ;)!

At last, a battery app that really does work. You will see results with this app. I've tried all the so called market leaders and this one beats them all!

When you select Facebook and WhatsApp to close background running app in smart app they get deselected & do not close ..

A while back I was using power tuneup and loved the power of the power saver, but then ccleaner for android came out so went to that and use Motorola's built in battery saver want to effective so been trying lots but eventually came back to you guys about the best app I've ever used keep it up :)
