Bitdefender BOX Agent

I leave this app alone for the most part as it does it's work in the background. But it does a great job in all areas except for 2. 1. The VPN doesn't activate automatically when on another secure Wifi that isn't mine. 2. The location of my phone through the Box management app doesb show up. I assume that is because this app isn't sending the infor when it is requested. Overall I am very satisfied wiht Bitdefender Box.

I guess it is keeping my phone safe, there is no way to tell for sure. I haven't gotten any viruses or malware since I bought the Box two months ago. However, I've never gotten a virus or malware on my phone for the last 20 years I've had a cell phone. What is REALLY frustrating is that every time I get on the Internet I get redirected to the Play Store to download the Box Agent. How many times do I need to download the damn Agent before I can just go straight to the Internet. It is the same with opening a link in an email... Box Damn Agent redirect. Every time. Never fail. I either have to download it, or exit and retry, exit and retry, exit and retry, throw the phone across the room, break the phone, buy a new phone, exit and retry, exit and retry, download the same damn Box Agent, repeat. When is the patch going to update in my phone so I don't have to keep doing this? Or should I just stop using the Jack in the Box that so far hasn't benefitted me in any way that I can tell?

Great app, enable private line doesn't stay enabled though, maybe I just don't know how to work it but every time I go back to the app the private line is disabled. :(

Great update: the agent now allows you to manually toggle the "private line" which is great feature, very happy.

This worked fine on my Moto X running Android 6.0. But for whatever reason, it will not automatically log on to my home network, and seems to be stuck in install mode. I tried installing several times, but she thing reach time.

We have spent the past month trying to get them to help. Bought over $400.00 worth of "security" software and this box and they won't or should I say can't help at all. Don't waste your money on this Snake oil medicine.

Set up is confusing and once installed interrupts web browsing. Getting alerts to install needlessly maybe because it doesn't recognize different tablets.

Instructions are key! The documentation on the web is much better now. If you do get stuck tech support is very quick to respond.

The agent does not work on my HTC 10 with latest Android 7 OS. The Box constantly request that I install the agent for which is already installed.

Don't install if you need continuous connection like online games or something. This app constantly interrupts the internet.

This app blocks access to your browser until you load the damn program.... again and again...

It does what it is supposed to do.

Pleased remove persistent notifications. And tell me when there is an update. Everyone else, contact tech support before posting a bad review. Know that the issue you have with it wanting to keep installing is because you have to run it once and grant admin access. Do that, restart your phone, and then you will be good to go.

I installed it but it still comes up each time I try to open something and you cannot seem to get it to stop requesting it, even though it shows "instslled" , so I do NOT like it!!

The vpn you use slows down my Internet connection a lot. Please make a way to dismiss the window and have it not show again

Works behind the scenes flawlessly. I highly recommend this along with the box that configures in your network. Easy to setup and protects your cellphones and tablets even when you are away from your home network.

Will not allow my phone to stay connected to wifi. Can't browse the internet without it repeatedly asking my to joint the app I already installed. It's as bad as installing a virus on all of your devices

Request that the notification goes away instead of being persistent. No noticeable slow down on my phone or tablet.

What ever you guys did with this last update it will not install, deactivate the box agent, re download and Install and still does not install get a error

App says One last Step and later prompts me to download it even though I already have and it says setup complete. I don't know what to say.

Won't let me uninstall from my phone! NOT HAPPY WITH THIS WORTHLESS PIECE OF CRAP!
