Email Text Messages

This worked great, now all of a sudden it doesn't send the emails. It says it does but I never received them. I even tried a different email, got the same results. Would be great if you could work out the issues I'm having. I sent you an email, and haven't heard anything back. When it is working it a great app. Easy to use and prints what I want.

Used to work really well (I gave it 5 stars) but for the last few weeks the emails don't go through. I have sent the same emails 5 times today and it still hasn't come through. Please fix! I have uninstalled & reinstalled but it doesn't help. I tried a different email address & that didn't help either. Please fix because for several years this has been my go to app! They fixed it!!! This is the best app ever! Your pics come thru in ur emails just like on your phone!

SOMETIMES IT WORKS, BUT SOMETIMES IT DOESN'T. Great app if I can get it to work consistently. It has been amazing. It was intuitive to operate and did exactly what I needed it to do. Server trouble on the app writer's end apparently. I just tried it and it worked. Thanks tech guys, but keep working on it!

Was working great up until a couple weeks ago. Will no longer email text messages. Hopefully there is a fix for this but if not please let me know how I can get my money back as per your guarantee.

This used to be a 5 star app and it stopped working. The communication was great when we bought this app... and as long it was working. But as soon as there was an issue, communication became non-existent. We bought a different product to replace it months ago. I would have stuck with this app if anyone would have just answered one of the many messages sent or let us know what was going on. By the time an answer came we had already moved on. The 'guarantee' was NOT honored. I feel certain that the next time there is an issue with this app the developer will disappear again.

Still not working even though I got an email and a reply to my previous review promising that it was fixed. I sent the owner of this app an email to which he has not responded. When are you going to fix this ridiculous stupid app? How about you just give all of us our money back? App doesn't work whatsoever. It stopped working on February 11th when that was the last time I was able to email my text messages. I've sent the owner of this app two or three emails asking for a fix but have gotten a response. I want a refund and everyone else who paid for this worthless app should get a refund as well

I loved this app, and it was very useful for work and other important communications. But since it has updated, it will not send any of my threads. So basically I'm now paying for something that is completely useless. Please fix this ASAP!!!

Update. Working again. Received message from developer in response to negative review. While app was not working I looked for another like this but was unable to find its equal. App worked great until a few weeks ago and now will not send an email. Email to support has not received a reply. Other feedback has received a response of a problem with new phones but I have not upgraded phones or updated software between when the app recently worked and when it stopped working. I used to recommend this app to everyone I thought may need it. I have downgraded my review to one star and will change it back to 5 stars if it is repaired. I've had the app for a year and it was hands down the best that I have seen and recommended it to all of my friends. I have not found any other app that will allow filtering by both thread and date and also can offer different formats. I did have an outage for 5 Days, but an email them was able to resolve the issue.

This app used to when great but now it fails to send email. Please fix! There is a reply that this has been fixed but it still doesn't work. With the tech today you would think there would be a reliable app out there!

I downloaded this app a while ago and it worked great. Now I can't get it to work at all. I verified that all messages were text messages, even created a new email account. I can't get a single email from this app to go through. Severely disappointed, as I was hoping to use this app to help me in a court case.

Sends to my email, but today I realized it hadn't been sending all texts in a thread.... random texts on my side weren't going thru to the email (nothing unusual about those messages either)... disappointed in the app since I actually paid for it after someone recommended.

Worked great before but just like everyone else, the last few weeks, won't email the texts. I too paid for this app and if there isn't a fix soon I would really like my money back.

Used to work wonderful. Now it's USELESS. Uninstalled, reinstalled many times and the app will Not email messages that have been selected. Very disappointed and they claim "money back guarantee". Right. I wish there was a negative star option. *EDIT * Was notified on 3/23/17 that issue had been fixed. So far, the app is working as it should. IMPRESSED that developers worked to get this resolved. Will gladly change up to previous 5 stars, should the app continue to work. Thank you for responding to let us know that the app was back up running.

Used to love the app 5 star worthy. now the last few weeks it will not send emails. I have not gotten a response as to a fix to the problem very upsetting. They fixed the issues the app is now working great just like before.

Used to work but no longer despite Bitdeck saying they fixed it, it still doesn't work. Reached out to Justin @Bitdeck a few times but he's never replied.

Got app, paid for it. Used it for couple times and it stopped working. I keep receiving failure error messages. Definitely not worth it!

It only shows in email the other party's texts not what you send. I have an lg v 20. Are you able to correct this? My phone uses RCS message format not sms .

I really wanted this app to work. It seems amazing. The developer replied to other customers who said they weren't receiving emails that the problem had been fixed. I didn't receive the emails I was supposed to receive either. Looks like it's still not fixed.

Love this app, use it anytime I have a text I will like to print and save. Giving it 4 stars b/c it might take some ppl long time to master it. Love it.

I bought it and see first it worked great now it barely let's me send 6 days of text at a time. It's really annoying. I want my money back.

I find this very useful but I tried sending my messages to a Yahoo account and they never arrived. I checked the spam box and nothing. It worked sending to my work account.

I would have given it a 5, but it doesn't work anymore!!!! I counted on this app and see alot of other people with the same issue. ARE YOU GOING TO FIX IT? If not will we get a refund? Initially worked really well. The developer has ironed out the kinks it had. The apps carries attachments to whoever you send them too. This is an EXCELLENT app!

Was working great; then had problems and submitted issue. Resolved and now back working. Very useful and user friendly app. Response to problem is greatly appreciated as follow up was thorough and professional

This app used to work quite well. Originally I would have given it 4 stars. It stopped working in January. Now I'm deleting it and finding something else.

This app used to work perfect. Now it says the email is sent but it is not working. Was using this to keep records for an ongoing custody issue. High dissatisfied

Verizon with Nexus 6P. Worked great for about a week. Then it stopped working and was useless. I emailed the developer my problem. I posted a 1 star review just a few days ago (along with many others) and tried to find a replacement app. Today March 23 the developer emailed me and said the problems are fixed. I reinstalled this app AND IT AGAIN WORKS GREAT. CONGRATULATIONS to the developer for fixing the problem and for the great communications after it was fixed. As you can see from the other recent reviews, this wonderful app is back on top as the BEST Email Text messages. Thanks again. I could not find a better app than this..

I use to love this app, but now it only send me the other person messages only. I have uninstall and reinstall a couple time and restarted my phone, but I still only get one side of the text

Used to be a good app, but not now. Now only shows 1 side (received) of the conversation. COMPLETELY USELESS!!!

App worked great when first installed a few months ago. Now it just keeps saying failed to send email.

This app is amazing! Simple interface and it is so important to have the texts that can turn into emails and then docs. While the app was temporarily down in Feb I tried installing and uninstalling every free and paid version in Google store, but none of them worked as well nor produced clean transcripts. This is my all-time favorite app, I use it every week for work and personal, so glad it's running again. Great customer service too with explanation for why it was down and notifying me when it was up again.

I never review but this performed just as advertised. Worth the $5 if you would like to archive your texts in a human readable format. Thanks!

Did exactly what I needed. Saved all my texts from 10000 message thread as HTML file(s) with images in a zip. Even the emojis work.

App only emails one sided conversation.

This saves me when I'm trying to save info texted by a client.
