It's not as user friendly as it's competitor and BTC price is higher for at least 1% but sending BTC is free or if there's a charge it's very conservative. Thank you SCI.

The worst app ever, convertion from php to btc does not work, buying load does not work and support are bunch of imbeciles, seems the app didn't went from testing. Stay away from it.

Terrible app. Too strict. Can't even test further without a phone number. Too invasive, too ambitious, too buggy, total lack of support or answer to complaints. Very worrying for the future of this company. If they keep failing to deliver and keep ignoring complaints or even simple requests, the whole Citadel may just crumble down. Thanks god for coins.ph that at least offers a viable alternative to this mess. Come on people, get your stuff together. Work over night. Don't just go home after 5 pm because soon you won't have anything left to come back to.

How about answering your emails and provide customer service for your complainants? PHP to BTC conversion pending for several days. So frustrating.

Scam. I bought BTC last Dec 17, 2017 and they never sent it to me. Doesn't reply to any messages or phonecalls. Beware.

Stupid app. I can't even convert my php money to btc. It says I've reached my daily cash out allowance. Which i have not done any trasaction since I have installed the app. Even resetting password is stupid. It says invalid email address but it does send the link for password reset. I tried to reach the suppor thru email and still got no response on how to convert my php to btc. Unreliable!

Cashing in made in-app also via web works 100%. But how stupid is it that you can make cash in orders but your cashin partners cant seem to find reference numbers you generated.

Cant even cash in via their payment option. Transaction fee not showing that is why you cannot transfer. Not even converting your btc to php. There is a network fee.

Walang kwenta. Gagawa palang ako account, ssbhn account already exists. Ilolog in ko, ayaw tapos forgot password, sasabihin email not registered. Saklap ng nag program, check nyo codes nyo, masasayang lng pera ng magpapasok dyan!

Do not use this app. It wont allow you to send bitcoin to another wallet always says insufficient funds. Probably they'll stuck your btc. This is a scam

Doesnt allow you to convert your cash to BTC even though you submitted already KYC requirements needed and app just keeps on loading...

Why are all the good bitcoin/USD Wallet apps, or easy exchanges either not available in the USA or if they are they refuse to have any clients in Wyoming. I can't get any bitcoin without being robbed just because I live in Wyoming.
