It's obviously outdated as is listings the lean meat as highest source of proteins and dairy products as the best source of calcium, and both are erroneous! Please do your research first before posting wrong and unhealthy information! Uninstall!

BS why develop an app to only display your ads.. Too too many ads in the app disturbing to even read anything. You can use a block for ads but pushing for full screen ads is terrible. People can even Google this info available on your app. Using your app is only to avoid searching and getting distracted but you are defeating the very purpose with this approach.
I wish it allowed you to calculate protein based on being pregnant. It would also be super useful to be able to track protein intake within the app. The information regarding protein amounts in different foods is good though.
Please provide way out to escape sitting fool and watching long and useless advertising

Searching for a specific food was difficult because the app was unresponsive and slow.
I go to a nutritionist already but this app is the extra added boost that I need to keep things going. Thanks!
