Home City

Home City သည္ ျမန္မာျပည္တြင္ ထုတ္လုပ္ခဲ႕ေသာ အိမ္ျခံေျမ Mobile Application ျဖစ္ပါသည္။ Home City Application သည္ ျမန္မာမ်ား အိမ္ျခံေျမ ၀ယ္ယူငွားရမ္းရာတြင္ အဆင္ေျပလြယ္ကူေစရန္ ကူညီေပးရန္ ထုတ္လုပ္ခဲ႕ျခင္းျဖစ္ျပီး ျမန္မာ Developer မ်ားမွ ေရးသားထားခဲ႕ေသာ Application ျဖစ္ပါသည္။ Application တြင္ ျမန္မာစာကိုသာ သီးသန္႕အသံုးျပဳထားေသာေၾကာင္႔ အသံုးျပဳရာတြင္ အဆင္ေျပလြယ္ကူေစမည္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ယခု Application Version 1.5 တြင္ ေအာက္ပါ အသံုးျပဳႏုိင္ေသာအခ်က္မ်ား ပါ၀င္ပါသည္။

- အလိုရွိေသာ ၀ယ္လို/ငွားလိုေသာ အိမ္ခန္းမ်ားကို အဆင္႔ျမင္႔ Search Form မ်ား ျဖင္႔ ရွာေဖြနုိင္ျခင္း
- ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံအိမ္ျခံေျမ ေစ်းကြက္အတြင္းရွိ ကုမၸဏီအမ်ားအျပား၏ Data မ်ား ပါ၀င္ျခင္း
- ကုမၸဏီမ်ား၏ အခ်က္အလက္မ်ားသည္ အပတ္စဥ္ Update ျဖစ္ေနျခင္း (Data အေဟာင္းမ်ား၊ ေရာင္းျပီးသား Data မ်ား မရွိသေလာက္ပင္ျဖစ္ပါသည္)
- အလိုရွိေသာ အိမ္ျခံေျမ အခ်က္အလက္မ်ားကို ရရွိျပီးပါက မည္သည္႕အေကာင္႔ Registration မွ ျပဳလုပ္ရန္မလုိပဲ အလြယ္တကူ သိမ္းထားႏုိင္ျခင္း
- မိမိႏွစ္သက္ေသာ အိမ္ျခံေျမ ကုမၸဏီ တစ္ခုခ်င္းစီ၏ အခ်က္အလက္မ်ားကို သီးသန္႕ ရွာေဖြႏိုင္ျခင္း
- Construction ကုမၸဏီမ်ား၏ ၾကိဳပြိဳင့္ Project မ်ားကို သီးသန္႕ ရွာေဖြႏုိင္ျခင္း
- ေန႕စဥ္ အိမ္ျခံေျမ သတင္းမ်ားကို ဖတ္ရွုႏုိင္ျခင္း
- အိမ္ျခံေျမ ႏွင့္ ဆက္စပ္လုပ္ငန္းမ်ား က႑တြင္ အိမ္ Decoration နွင့္ အိမ္ေျပာင္းအိမ္ေရႊ႕လုပ္ငန္းမ်ားကို ရွာေဖြႏုိင္ျခင္း
- Home City Application ကို ပိုမိုေကာင္းမြန္ေစရန္ အၾကံျပဳရန္ ေနရာပါရွိျခင္း
- Click တစ္ခ်က္တည္းျဖင္႔ Application ကို Update ျပဳလုပ္ႏုိင္ေသာ Function ပါရွိျခင္း

ကြ်ႏ္ုပ္တို႕အေနျဖင္႔ Home City Application ကုိ အစဥ္ေကာင္းမြန္ေအာင္ ျပဳျပင္လွ်က္ရွိပါသည္။ Home City Application တစ္ခုတည္းျဖင့္ သင္၏ အိမ္ျခံေျမလုပ္ငန္းမ်ား ေအာင္ျမင္ေအာင္ လုပ္ေဆာင္ႏုိင္မည္ျဖစ္ပါသည္။

Version 1.2 တြင္

- အေသးစားျပင္ဆင္မွုမ်ားျပဳလုပ္ထားပါသည္။

Version 1.3 တြင္

- သတင္း Update မ်ားကို ေန႕ရက္အလိုက္ျပန္လည္ စီစဥ္ထားပါသည္။
- Facebook ေပၚတြင္ မိမိႏွစ္သက္ေသာ အိမ္ခန္းကို Share ျပဳလုပ္နုိင္ပါျပီ။
- Search Box တြင္ တစ္ခါတစ္ရံ ရွာေဖြ၍မရေသာ ျပႆနာကို ေျဖရွင္းျပီးျဖစ္ပါသည္။
- Notification ျပႆနာကိုေျဖရွင္းျပီးျဖစ္ပါသည္။

Version 1.4 တြင္

- ျမန္မာစာေဖာင့္ ျပႆနာကို ေျဖရွင္းႏိုင္ရန္ Setting ထည္႕ေပးထားပါသည္။
- အထူးေၾကာ္ျငာမ်ား က႑ကို ထပ္မံထည္႕သြင္းထားပါသည္။

Version 1.5 တြင္

- ၾကိဳပြိဳင့္ တုိက္ခန္းမ်ားသီးသန္႕ ေဖာ္ျပထားေသာ ေဆာက္လုပ္ေရးကုမၸဏီမ်ား က႑ထည္႕သြင္းထားပါသည္။
- အိမ္ျခံေျမႏွင့္ဆက္စပ္လုပ္ငန္းမ်ား က႑ ထည္႕သြင္းထားပါသည္။
- အသံုးျပဳရ အဆင္ေျပေစရန္ အဆင့္ျမွင့္တင္ထားပါသည္။



Home City is the mobile application that is developed in Myanmar. An application to help Myanmar people search for the properties to buy and rent. It is developed by Myanmar developers. Everything in the app is in Myanmar language. It includes the following functional things in version 1.0.

- Able to search for the property with very intelligent buy and rent search forms.
- Includes most of the companies in current Myanmar real estate market.
- Weekly up to date data from the real estate agencies (Almost ZERO old data)
- Able to save the real estate data that user like without any registration.
- Able to search in particular agent.
- Able to get updated real estate news.

- Suggestion Box.
- One click update for those whom are installed from local.
