Biswamil is a colloquial term for the ‘20th mile’ and is symbolic of our unique location, 20 miles away from the Indian capital, New Delhi. BISWAMIL further reinforces our belief at JGU in a distinctive cultural setting on the outskirts of Delhi and puts us in a microcosm Indian rural life, which we take immense pride in associating with. Besides, it signifies our way of celebrating this rustic charm and local flavor as well as sends out a social message. Hence, we are proudly called ‘Biswamil’.
