Biryani Blues - Order Online for Android
Pathetic experience. Do not order from this app. I have ordered from this app 3 times. There is some serious bug in the app related to desserts section. They always deliver incomplete order. Then the customer has to call the restaurants. Most of the times, the phone line is busy. After trying 10-15 times, they pick up the call. Also, the restaurant guys usually have no idea related to this incomplete order bug as they themselves deliver the same which they receive from the app. They always have to confirm the app center for the incompleteness issues. There is no chat service or customer care service in the app to report these problems. Moreover, both the quality and quantity of food have deteriorated over time. Really very disappointed. I was a regular customer of Biryani Blues. Because of these experiences, now I don't feel like directly going into BB restaurants as well.
Dear biryani blues you cooks better biryani but yours app is worst. Pathetic experience. Tried to book via app but unable to place an order. Please do upgrade your app.
Horrible app. Had placed an order an hour back but restaurant dint recieve it. Have ordered directly now. Uninstalling.
while adding money in wallet it worked absolutely fine and after that unable place my order , it's like making people fool.
60 minutes delivery is the joke... Worst service, will never order from you guys

Really a good place for a Foodie, authentic Hyderabadi Biryani, love it... We visit the place often just to relish the taste of the typical biryani and now the AWESOME HALEEM....
Ordered food at 5:15 PM and there is no food till now i.e 7PM. The call centre guy first said that order is already delivered and after calling 6 times said that I changed the delivery time to 8PM while he didnt even call. This was prepaid order. Have been waiting for this. Pathetic service and telling lies on the face. Would never order online.
Not aware of app....but the food... specially handi biryani is awesome...keep up same taste..best of luck...☺

Cheating by Biryani Blues, for my order on 18 feb I have for perfect biryani to serve for 4. Again when I have ordered on 25 th to serve for 8 I have got a different biryani not having a single piece of paneer and on contacting I have been told that prepration is different for serving 8. Pure case of cheating.
First confirmed the order and after 30 mins cancelled without any reason

Wanted to give feedback, but couldn't find any way. That is rather odd. It asks for your feedback after completing checkout... But you can't possibly do that till your order arrives and you have eaten (!!) Common sense!
No one came to deliver or even bothered to call. Call center keeps on hold and never connects. No order tracking or status. Evening spoilt waiting for order and trying to connect. Why give the feature for home delivery when you can't handle it?
Can view order history. Order confirmation get delayed upto 40 min from payment made time....so u don't know during this period as to what happened to your money. Bye bye to the App as of now :)
Had paid in advance for an order of about 2600 bucks. I had guests over and it took over 100 phone calls and almost two hours for them to deliver. Never pay in advance and never order directly. Try foodpanda maybe.
I wanted to rate the ordered food quality, however there was no way in which I could mention the same on the App. The mutton biriyani had little or no meat in it. Chicken biriyani was the saving grace though. It's time the mgt. woke up to the Customer satisfaction issues.
The service ( shadow fax ) quality is of third class. They never get punching on time when order is placed via app. I was told to get a compensation/ refund on delayed orders but never received yet. The taste of chicken korma ( my fav ) has become more of an oily/ greasy gravy with no more coconut flavour. If anyone reading this my PS: Never compromise with biryani. Look for another vendors.
Quality and quantity is degrading day by day. No one bothers about customers requirement. We ordered for office get together and got delivery withoit plate, spoon and tissue even after asking for several times.
The quality of the food Biryani Blues provide deteriorating day by day. Poor taste and quality. While starting these people were good and once they get customer they compromise on quality and consistency.

Totally degraded. My first 3 orders were good. But the quality and taste has gone down completely.very disappointed.
Don't order from their app. They didn't deliver my order. I had to order from other place and stay hungry for long. It's better to order from Zomato.
Have been ordering from the outlet for a long time, but quality has gone down the drain in the recent past, the food is Dry and invariably delivered cold. Off late the rice also seem undercooked.
Ordered at 10 waited till 12 no good was delivered. Even after reconfirmation the food was delivered. Money deducted. No one cared to even call back. You guys are the worst. Last order it was

Ordered food from the app, doesn't get registered because of some "Tech Glitch". Still waiting for food to arrive after 2 hrs of placing the order, even though have paid for it
From the outside it looks like a lack of efforts on part of servicing team...I visit Biryani Blues twice a week on an average and over the last few weeks I've been denied Mobikwik wallet payment saying the services have been discontinued. It might be a directive from management as well. If that is true remove the logo on the entry gate, I wouldn't have recharged my wallet in that case. The food is tasty though :) 5 for food and 1 for false communication
I had ordered 2 mutton biryanis. One Biryani comprised wholly of 3 BIG BONEs (of fist size). Wholly run by mindless workers. You wont find any value but excuses only. Another time, I ordered 2 mutton biryanis they forgot to deliver Raita. Only excuse was delivered by customer care. Thus just order a mutton biryani, you will get either BONE BIRYANI or EXCUSE BIRYANI, for sure. Better to donate them your hard earned money and remain hungry for making them rich.
The menu says, download app and get 10% off. However the restaurant simply refused to honour that.
Changed my rating after excellent response from the technical team who rectified the issue of order not getting placed from application.

Never make a mistake by ordering from this. ... they will say within 60 mins but I think they forgot to add 1 before the 60. It's like 160 mins or more...with extra charges and low quality food...
