Standart Üyelik: Üyenin BiriBoni’de kullanılacak olan profil alanındaki bilgileri (genel bilgiler, fiziksel özellikler, ilgi alanları, yaşam tarzı, kültür sanat vb.) girerek oluşturduğu ve göz kırpma, profile bakma ve BiriBoni.com yönetimi tarafından site trafiğinin üye ve site açısından en elverişli kullanımını sağlamak, sitenin kalitesi ve üyelerin huzurunu en yüksek seviyede tutmak ve uygulamayı suistimal etmek isteyen üyeleri elimine etmek amacıyla belirlenmiş olan ve yine işbu belirtilen kriterler doğrultusunda cinsiyet grubu içerisinde muayyen ve makul farklılık gösteren günlük mesaj hakkı içeren, sitede üyelik için gerekli işlemlerin gerçekleştirilmesini takiben aktif hale gelen BiriBoni.com üyelik şeklidir.

Gold Üyelik: BiriBoni standart üyelikte belirtilen ve günlük belirli sınırlara tabi olan uygulamaları (mesajlasma vb.) sınırsız olarak kullanma hakkı veren, BiriBoni.com tarafından sitede belirtilen bedeller üzerinden ücrete tabi üyelik şekli. Bu üyelik paketini kredi kartı, havale, mobil ödeme ve cep telefonu uygulamalarının kendine ait satın alma yöntemleri ile satın almak mümkündür.

Kredi: BiriBoni üyelerinin sitede belirlenen ücretler karşılığında alabileceği ve satın alan üyeye bazı ayrıcalıklardan (vitrin bölümünde öne çıkma, mesajların önceliklendirilmesi vs.) yararlanma imkanı veren, münferit olarak satın alınabileceği gibi Gold üyelik paketiyle hediye olarak da verilen BiriBoni özelliği.

3. SÖZLEŞMENİN KONUSU

İşbu sözleşmenin konusu, Site’de ve uygulama ve indirme ve satın alma platformları üzerinden alınan BiriBoni uygulamaları üzerinden sunulan hizmetlerin, bu hizmetlerden yararlanma şartlarının ve tarafların hak ve yükümlülüklerinin tespitidir.
