Foodservice Rewards

Hey how about you add a "stay logged in" or PIN or fingerprint option? I would think you'd already have one since they're all easily implemented and extremely common. Pretty redundant to have to enter my damn password EVERY time I want to scan. Do that and I'll give 5 stars.

There is not a "keep me logged in" option, which is quite annoying. When scanning in rewards points, there needs to be a way to zoom in/out & enable camera flash; as it's difficult to get enough light on the QR code with the phone held so close to the sticker!

This app hasn't worked all month. Has black screen with food service rewards on top. Will you please fix this problem. I've seen several on here with same problem. Can't use app if it won't work!!!

Not sure if it's just me, haven't been able to use app to scan codes. To many to enter by hand. This is frustrating, and makes me wonder if I want to keep using.

The phone app is very convenient but it has not worked for the last month or so. The screen is just black with the title at the top. I can't give many stars for something that does not work. I see that this is not a new issue but has been complained about for a while now.

Used to work great for s4 now doesn't work at all. Just black screen.

The app worked great. Now just a black screen with logo on top of screen. Please fix until then I uniatalled it. :(

Worked until november of 2016. Now it will not load. Just black screen with FSR across the top. Uninstalled and then reinstalled. Same problem.

It will not open app and I need to scan for points . It worked before and now I can't get to my account and I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled still not working

Last update killed the scanner, it locks in portrait mode and can't scan codes from 18" away. Previous version scanned fine up close in landscape mode

Updated and now doesnt work at all. Uninstalling.

Scanning option works perfect. But I wish they would add a shopping feature on the app. I would like to shop food service rewards from my phone

Still needs option to exit application. Can't back out of app,have to force close.

Loved it but once I lost all my points

Love it had a reward for food service when I used too work for Burger King but my husband in storage and lost the reward platic

Used to be perfect. Now I have to log in every time and it only let's me scan a couple items, then makes me log in again.

Please do another update. .

The app is not loading I thought it was my password at first changed it. Nothing uninstalled and nothing please fix keying in codes won't be fun

So much easier scanning - what a great app!!

The latest update doesn't allow me to do anything in the app other then log on. Useless.

So glad you fixed the scanner, it's so much easier than typing them in.

Great app now the latest update has fixed the issues with the scanner simple to use saves a lot of time

I used to love this app. But now this version does not scan at all on either my galaxy 3 or my android tablet. Very disappointing. FSR replied to me, we exchanged correspondence and they have now updated the app again. Works great for QR codes, better than before because you do not have to hit scan between tickets. Thank you for listening. Now if only Nestle would start using QR codes

Worked great before the latest update. Now the scan does nothing. The QR code worked infinitely better than the bar code , but update ruined that.

Scanner used to work sometimes. Now it never works. For some reason, the scan window changed from nearly my whole screen to a tiny little box. Once I get the barcode entirely in the tiny window it's too far away to read. This app is still garbage.

Updated recently and it scanned so much easier...now it won't scan at all!! And the box is super-tiny!! Please fix!!

The scanner screen shrank and now does nothing. Before he upgrade, the scanner was great.
