It took seven telephone calls to know that i may visit Dhakuria unit of Amri tomorrow for Prostate screeing package as the same is not in the apps and the Dhakuria unit was transferring my calls here there even when i refd Dr Amitava Mukherjee's prescription !

Online appointment does not work. no one in the hospital knows where does this request for appointment goes & who will confirm this request. So the app is bogus.

Great initiative taken by a hospital - Going all customer centric and launching an app. This will surely save a lot of time of the users who had to wait in the queues to register themselves at the hospitals.

Booked an appointment at 9.00am bt 'dr.' came at 11.55 am on hospital... Very bad experience today

This app freezes a lot please fix this issue sooner

The most poor app experience I have in recent times. On clicking on Sign in the window is not appearing.Also worst user interface.The icons and links are coming distorted and most of the times unresponsive.

28-Dec-2016: In every dr. visit, hospital scans the prescription. But I'm unable to find them here. Even my son's medical reports are missing. If I have to upload those myself, then I'm sorry but to rate u more than 2 stars. 29-Dec-2016: The technical team is very helpful. They contacted me today and after taking feedback from me, they have resolved most of the issues. Just 2 reports of my son and all the prescriptions needs to be uploaded from their end. Updated the rating.

Don't use this app. AMRI is cheating with its customer. I have installed this app to book an appointment for a dr. I was a booked an appointment by paying Rs 150 /-. Next day i got call from their side, and informed that Dr is no more available in saltlake AMRI. Appointment cancelled. Till now not refund about booking amount. They are making foolish to the patients.

Amazing app.. With facility to view all reports for my total family... The emergency feature is wonderful.

only concern is that only Lab Reports can be seen. I request the admin to make us accessible with the Radiology Reports also.

I have already visited hospital and me and my wife had full health check up. My mobile no is also given in hospital in which i got sms from hospital. But in this app I am giving my mobile no, its not responding. There is no option to get reports via UHID. Please correct, than I may give 5 star.

The AMRI hospital app is great. This is one of a kind initiative from a hospital and allows people to book appointments with the doctors without a hitch. Good job!

Its a good app for the people to maintain and review of their report.it would be better if all the reports were updated.like blood culture ,urine culture,and for admitted patients details of medication during the period of stay in hospital.so that further treatment would be easy for doctors and for patients too.

My number is registered in hospital's data base but still I m not getting reports on app.

The app requires a 4 digit pin; any pin other than a 4 digit will not be accepted, but there is no mention of it on the app.Apart from this, the operations in the app is not smooth. I don't know if this app is a factory version or an updated version, but there is lot to improve..still 4 stars for bringing AMRI at fingertip.

I love this app..even it shows all my test reports and prescription,..Some more work to be done..all doctors are not in the list so it's difficult to make an appointment through the app.
