I rated this app 5 stars before the update. And now, I'm dropping to 1. I understand you had good intention with this update but, none of your users like it. And if I do get a reply to this, it'll be the exact same as everyone else. But you guys really need to open your eyes.

liked this app and got my team onto it, but since the update, the app won't let me log in at all. might be time to check out discord and see if that'll work out better.

The latest update tried to fix a problem that wasn't there with putting all the chats in one window i know we can filter but just cause i have a filter might not mean i am typing to that chat if it ain't broke don't fix it

Can't log in no more, so I emailed u guys 4 help. U set me up with a new account and It doesn't let me post pictures or take a profile pic. This is a terrible update full of problems.

New look and functionality is terrible. It was a good app. Rip good bindle

O used the app all the time before the update but too many drastic changes all at once.

Not a fan of master chat, even if you filter you have the hashtag name of the chat group as a pretext to all messages, duplicate string is the hallmark of horrible UI. Make it so that if you filter, it is exactly as it was prior to the update. This includes only listing @ contacts visible from the filtered chat room.

Why would you update an app to make it LESS user friendly and more of a pain to use? Guess what? No one uses apps that are tedious! _-----_- -----_ _ EDIT to your reply: I understand what your goal was, but no one wants that. Do you even understand what we use your app for? Why would it be a good idea to see every chat on the same page? Yes, you can filter, but I didn't have to filter before! And now I have to hashish everything I want to say? Super tedious. Not into it.

I don't know who in the world would really dare to think that I want to see all the chats in the same window. This update is a complete mess. You did it, me and my whole crew of people trying to keep our gaming organized are quiting using bindle. Thanks!

Master chat doest turn off. I had separate rooms for different reasons. Now everyone is in 1 spot and is confusing conversation. Please fix and I will give 5 stars. And before you copy and paste your generic answer. I don't want to hash tag I want separate rooms. Fix asap or my gaming group will be leaving

I love Bindle then, but I totally hate it now. To group all group chats together into one, and no way reverting back to what it were, is the biggest mistake Bindle Team has made. Whoever cosigned for this should be fired.

The app was exactly what I was looking for in a messaging application. But since the sudden update last night the problems are endless. It's like they say if it ain't broke, don't fix it. But bindle decided to ruin a good thing.

There is no need for this master chat. Never need to read mix of chat all at once. It like a lunch room with groups of people with different topics and how are you going to listen? And the filter, repeated chat room name is absolutely unnecessary, half of the screen is chat room name, we got it already.

Bindle was lacking features before the major upgrade, but now it just plain sucks. What happened to supporting landscape mode on tablets???

I hate this new update. I am a beta tester and I Uninstalled the beta do to it being like this. I really hate the way this is.. it's so complicated to use now. Was a easy Chat app now is overly complicated.

Why in the world would the devs think I want my whispers, coc group, bb group and all these different people on one screen? Master screen is a fine idea but we still need to be able to switch conversations if we want to. I don't want to try and distinguish and hashtag 3 different convos at once...

Update might have been well intentioned but most people want to jump between chat groups and the old ver did that more easily. Filter might be ok but try jumping between groups, you have to delete the # tag text every time! Very few benefit would benefit from Masterchat and be able to follow the conversation thread easily across multiple groups.May have solved a minor problem for a few at the expense of most. Also pics take much longer to upload and crashes more than ever before. All old pics deleted! Wow

I dnt know but this was an upgrade or a downgrade? The past version was 4 or 5 star... this one seeing all the chat at the same time dont like!! And the filter button dnt see it nowhere

This is just a big joke can't log in with my previous username, can't access previous chat rooms i keep getting error username already in use...i mean who's using it yet am the one who created it before this stupid update. I hate this app

Really don't like the new look and the whole master chat. Seems like there are way more important things that could of been done then this.

This update is ridiculous. All chats together is the worst, and the filter option is clunky and not even remotely user friendly. Then there's the fact that the app doesn't rotate anymore, people don't just user this on phones and now it's utterly inconvenient on my tablet. This update is completely unacceptable and will be converting all chats to another app and uninstalling this.

The app used to be OK, now the new update is absolutely awful. Took me an hour just to log back in, then everything looks totally different. Just looks bad, plus it combines all your chat groups into one sloppy feed. Uninstalling now...

Not sure why yall decided to take a wonderful simple chat app that worked great and over complicate it. Really, what were yall thinking?

Please go back to previous version, and don't give me the click on the # answer obviously people don't like this masterchat. We are highly considering moving all our chat boards to somewhere else.

Bindle completely drop the ball. Worst user interface ever!!!

This used to be a go to app. Now our HUGE group is moving somewhere else if we can't get the old Bindle back. The new UI is cluttered and just bad. It takes more steps to do literally everyrhing.

This update is too confusing. I'm in like 10 chats and now they're all combined. I hate this update.

You've completely ruined it! Now have to find a new app to use!! Meant to improve not ruin it! Now using BAND, easier to use and not clogged into one chat!!

Lags a little when a lot of posts are coming in. SGNE (Sam Glxy Note Edge). *update* Lag is minimal and I have experienced improvements in speed when posting and receiving many posts at once even on separate clan feeds. Good job and keep up the improvements! Upgraded to 5 stars!

It doesn't crash very often. Only complaint would be it occasionally double notifies you when things are typed in chat

According to my s7; however, it causes a boatload of errors...i dont see them though.

It does take a moment to connect to the chat but overall helps a lot and great way to communicate with others

Very useful for groups to hang out (even make re for international groups) and you can be anonymous at the same time.
