Just had a look at the new update. Love it. That When you select routine, it shows you what reps and weight you did last week makes it so easy to cross-reference your last workout as you go through it. With this new update, the app has literally everything I want from a workout app. Its simplicity is its best feature. Would recommend to everyone/10
