I almost returned this app because I kept getting login errors. Turns out it doesn't support two factor auth, so I set up an application-specific password for it. The other bug I've run into is that editing a status shortcut doesn't actually change the status message that gets set. Anyhow what really makes this app awesome is I've managed to combine it with Tasker to change my status automatically (mainly while I sleep so people don't wake me via hangouts).
