Great debug tool and one of the first on BLE apps in the play store. THE GOOD: views devices, fills in SIG standard names for services/characteristics, read works fairly well. THE BAD: notifications do not work (at least on my Nexus 4) and were required for the work I was doing.

Its good but lacks in sending all logged data....

I tried all the BLE apps in the store: it's by far the most stable and useful one. At the office, I'm surrounded by fifty to sixty devices, even in this busy environment, the app performs well. Now if I can only figure out the syntax for writing hex values to a characteristic, I'll be all set!
