But need to improve technically& update bills frequently gives a good result in aap usage . Supervision of govt must be regular. This kind of maintainance @digitalisation is unbarable.... FINALLY TO USE THIS AAP WE NEED IMMENSE PATIENTCE.. #FEEDBACK TEAM NEEDED HERE#

I don't know why the govt is fooling their own people by putting such stupid Apps, which doesn't work at all ,The Local manual bill collector's are making good money by saving on penalty fees and various other dubious acts and the TS govt is keeping a blind eye towards such activities. The govt should act fast...

I have used it to pay electronic bill it's been 25days still it's not reflected on my electronic bill.. I wrote so many mails but they did not respond. Can you plz let me know the status thanks

It charges Rs3/- more while paying the bill. But in acknowledgement only bill amount is shown. Even LPG aap, APSPDCL aap, even many other aaps charges nothing for online bill payment. Don't know what is the benefit for online payers. Better to pay at electricity office.

In TSSPDCL web they are allowing power bill payments after disconnection date also but in TSNPDCL web is not allowing this, It does not look good, Even TSNPDCL is also should allow to pay it. I'm unable to add my consumer details and view/pay the bill using this App. Help me soon. Try to check this WGL-2132-13428-01174. I can rate it better if my problem resolves.

This lazy govt people never change... app maintance sucks... unable to login.. getting error..

But the page display in internet banking in two parts confusing so the left side page zoom in zoom out solve all the user confusing problem because the last step of OTP authentication not appearing correctly so not successfully completing the transaction.all are not understanding

Even though I did not pay the bill it is showing bill is already paid...

Good No Need to Go power office for payments, but please add fine bills also..

Dear all ... i am using this app, i pay electricity bill by using this app but there is no bill provided by this app and the server which is available at A.E.E's room this payment information does not exist, it means we are not paid, so another bad thing is, the person who taking the electricity reading from meter having a machine that machine is taking only manual reading so there is no update's from server & this application so this application is not having proper communication with the server (available in A.E.E) and the machines are not updated so there is no use of this app.... i am facing problem if this people want info i am ready to give.....

After a long time wait, it's the only way to pay NPDCL Bills in Telangana, but it still collecting extra money for transaction charges purpose.

I have recently downloaded app many of the times it says wrong biller details even after paying the bill once through App.

I paid already but it diduct 3 times of my money bloody app

Need update in payment and access.

App was not opening since it was update. old version is good.

After I paid the bill also and deducted from my account , I got message from bank but still it is showing the bill amount to be paid and receipts are'nt generated for this always I have to take screen shots ...... Very poor app
